I think he should get props because of the fact that it's a choice. He made a choice to be a decent human being, in a world where millions of people aren't. When you have that kind of disparity and things such as racism still exist, he definitely gets props for not being another asshole. This isn't "thinking like that", it's the truth of the matter. I am not saying that it needs to begged for or he needs to be treated like a God of some-sort, I'm just saying that it is good to see someone with a platform to reach the masses, is actually doing good things when they can. Way too much negative energy going around nowadays.
