Nice community but too far from Dubai Downtown. It's even past Villanova which is 30 minutes on a motorway. Also the closed kitchen is very old fashioned. Nowadays people like open, modern spaces to entertain. For instance, Damac is not a good developer in terms of customer service and quality but their design is modern. In Damac Lagoons, they got rid of the maids bathroom which takes up a lot of space. Instead, built a guest toilet with shower. The "maids room can still used as an office, a guest bedroom or as a maids room. These developers need to stop copying and pasting projects without the customer in mind. A maids room makes sense in a a 4 or 5 bedroom villa where larger families might opt for a live-in maid but not in a 3 bedrooms or even 2.
