Did you end up buying your home and did you buy off plan or a currently available unit. I realize too many questions but that's because I'm not a resident of ME and thus new to that market

If you are searching for buying a villa, in Dubai you will get 3bhk villa instead of 2bhk ( like this 1 ) in same price. But this property is worth paying extra. You should visit once. btw, its freehold.
