My favourite bar in Düsseldorf used to offer an Apple Pie using vodka, vanilla syrup, apple juice, cinnamon syrup and whipped cream and it was a DREAM! Gotta compare it to this one though.

Just an insight. Why there is mascarpone in tiramisu but not in cheesecake where you would usually add mascarpone when making an actual cheesecake. I tried to make these cocktails last night and they came out amazing btw!

This one was the rescuer when we needed something sweet at those wild college parties: the Drunk Lactobacilli - 2 oz fermented milk (Yakult is the best) - 1 oz vodka - 1/2 oz sweetened condensed milk - 1 dash vanilla essence Shake everething thoroughly and strain over a rocks glass (optionally chilled) filled with crushed ice. Mint leaf for garnish.

The cheesecake was amazing. That zest and sourness was almost like eating/drinking a real cheesecake. The Tiramisu was nice but I need to work on it more to get it better.
