Chicken burgers/nuggets without breadcrumbs! Ketogenic and healthy!

💥 These chicken burgers do not require flour or breadcrumbs, are ketogenic, healthy and delicious. You could just as easily use it to make chicken nuggets, which taste just as good as conventional nuggets from fast food restaurants. Just try them out.
▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
📝 300g organic sliced/chicken breast
📝 1-2 organic eggs
📝 2 tbsp organic parmesan cheese
📝 Spices: 1 small teaspoon each of natural salt, garlic powder, tarragon, freshly ground coriander, nutmeg and chilli flakes
▬ Ingredients for the breading ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
📝100g blanched almond flour
📝 30g bamboo fiber flour
📝 25g organic parmesan cheese
📝 Spices: 1 small teaspoon each of natural salt, turmeric, paprika, freshly ground coriander, freshly ground pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, tarragon
📝 Ghee for frying
▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
First puree the meat and its ingredients in the Vitamix. Then mix the breading with all the ingredients well. Depending on whether chicken burgers or nuggets are to be made, you take more or less of the meat mixture and roll it in the breading on all sides and form it into even, round, flat meatballs. Fry in a ceramic-coated pan with ghee or tallow or coconut oil on a low to medium heat until golden brown and tender on both sides. Serve with tzatziki or cashew dip.
