Would anyone know how I can replace the batteries on the Thermostat? It appears to be sealed and I have to unscrew it? But will that effect my insurance or warranty on it?
coolhandslondon thank you my boiler is on and the timer on boiler is on. the thermostat just says off and not lighting up even when i press ok it just still says off thank you for replying.

It's not pairing, I press the button on the boiler, there is no light flashing, it's not flashing red!!??

How do you switch back to auto?
Press the arrow button for 2 sec and will move to AUTO mode again.

jemma richardson change the unit batteries. That's the issue.
Just change the batteries on thermostat
