That's quite a futuristic shape, especially the bow. The aft gives me the feeling of a big fat whale :-) but this way the panoramic restaurant must have a lot of space, with a three sides view, so is quite a plus. I guess it will be a very stable ship.

It’s like they had five different designers, each building a different part of the ship. And never thought about what it would look like when they put them together.
When school starts back and vacation time is over the cruise lines are facing very choppy waters! They should know what’s in store for them and they’ll be begging people to cruise, vaccinated or not!!
I find this monster to be totally unattractive and a total turnoff. That's not my idea of sailing or cruising. However, I am sure the buffet is wonderful.

The Captains of these hotels at sea are amazing pilots of their steer! I wld rather be out at sea on a cruise ship in a hurricane than be on land, and I'm a FL native

Fantastic! But I noticed one thing: the lifeboats seem few to me compared to the enormous number of passengers it can accommodate ....
They are big capacity lifeboats. Up to 400 persons conpared to older ship which have lifeboats for 150 persons. So you need less lifeboats..

Interesting video from an engineering point of view but what a awful way to spend a holiday with 4000 other passengers in such a confined space.
The engineering point of you is the main purpose of the video. And yes, be with 4000 peoples at sea may not be the ideal for everyone.
