Honestly you both could do a walking tour of the inside of a cardboard box and I would watch it. I love you both! Hope to see you aboard a ship someday!
The color palette and design of the ship reminds me of like Federation starship interiors circa mid to late 24th century. Very much getting the Enterprise vibe here.
This has nothing to do with the content of your video (which is great BTW). I work in TV/Film production...20 years ago we would have "killed" to produce Steadicam shots you are doing. Your production work is fantastic!
This is the best video tour of the Norwegian Prima that I've seen so far! It really gives you an idea of the flow of the different venues throughout the various decks of the ship. Now I can see how stunningly beautiful the ship is. Thank you for the amazing tour!
so basically the design is Star Trek The Next generation crossed with a very bad pastiche of the ideas of Dame Zaha Hadid .. and lots of 'extra pay' restaurants
While I think RC need to tone things down again and that their designs will look super dated in a very short time. This NCL in areas seems a little too Star Trek TNG movies to me.
This was one of the best ship tours ever! Never felt dizzy or sick from all of the spinning around that other creators have done. It was very enjoyable, can’t wait until I get on the Prima December 3rd from Miami. Thank you for the amazing ship tour. 😊
This is the best review I've seen of the Prima. My impression of the ship is MUCH better that what I learned from any of the other cruise bloggers. Now I'm very impressed with this ship!
The quality of your Prima ship tour is exceptional. We watched it on a 75 inch TV screen and it was stunning! We even loved the music you chose to suit each area. The ship looks beautiful and we can't wait to board on Friday. Thanks to both of you for providing us with a very informative well put together vlog of NCL Prima. Rachel & Graham 😊
@@curious-traveler7730 Hi Sorry i didn't have the chance to respond on board. i only had the 30 mins free wifi! We loved it actually, especially Indulge. I think it's very much designed as a warm weather ship, we struggled for anywhere nice to sit inside and gave up on the observation lounge! People must have been up there at sunrise or before to get a seat! It's also, in my opinion not as nice as Bliss observation lounge because its missing that wide open space at the front. I loved the Drop, not so much the Rush and thought the entertainment was mostly excellent. Did you enjoy it?
This has been a brilliant review of the new ship thank you for what you have put in but this cruise seems that like there are too many pay points in this cruise you go on cruises to go all inclusive then not pay nothing and just enjoy not pay out to most stuff that is wrong
Wow - everything about the design of this ship is absolutely breathtaking - I'm SO impressed at just how luxurious they've made this ship look! I'd love to know how this ship compares to the Celebrity EDGE class ships - both look very boutique-y, but I really can't decide which looks better - do you guys have any thoughts?
Wow, you can tell this ship was designed by someone who cruises. High glass walls in the outdoor areas to block some wind, light and bright colors to keep it feeling fresh and non-claustrophobic, even led lighting in all the ceilings to keep them from feeling so low. Amazing. Disney should have hired whichever design firm Norwegian used for the Wish.
Wow! Great Job! Totally diff view than what Jay did on ‘Ship Life’.. Such a sophisticated ship for sure! ‘Adult’ Style cruising. I was getting Minecraft game style touring vibes but in Ultra Viewing lenses 👍❤️👍❤️
We just booked a cruise on this ship sailing out of NYC next year and after seeing this video I am SO excited. Thank you for such a wonderful and thorough tour of this gorgeous ship! It is so hard to get a real feel for it in photos, but we definitely made the right decision waiting for Prima.
Incredible camera work, editing, absolutely the best at ship tours. Thank you for this. The Prima appears to be one of the best designed ship built yet !
Brilliant videography! The ship is stunning and I love the extensive options for sitting, eating, etc. with extensive extensive windows. It did stand out the sheer volume of paid restaurants. A bit troubling and certainly sends a message.
As always, Ben & David have the best vlogs on UA-cam. Stunning photography, so talented and genuine gents. Admiring from afar in Pebble Beach, California....
I don't know if it is how you photographed but it seemed like the ceilings were lower in some bars and areas than I am used to. Whole ship looked entirely different from the usual NCL ship. Ship seems to be cut up into more individual areas with a lot of hallways, and the atrium of less importance as kind of a centering part of the ship. Everything looks beautiful and more elegant than their other ships (even newer ones like the Breakaway, Getaway, etc). But the NCL trend for more and more haven areas and extra pay restaurants and shops and less and less public areas seems going on. I do love all the new panoramic windows, even in the main dining room. I wish you had given more of how you FELT about the changes, not just shown them. Everything looked beautiful, but did you enjoy them? Did you feel you needed to pay for all the extra restaurants to get the most out of a voyage on it, or would you have been just as happy only eating at included restaurants? For me, the overabundance of shops is a waste of space--we've been on over 20 cruises and rarely buy anything except maybe some duty free liquor (which has increased in price to be far less worthwhile than it was). Also the whole concept of going on a cruise was the idea of pay one price, get great food and entertainment for free -- that's what made cruising so great. I was glad to see the new free eating area here (Indulge Food Hall), which seems like a big improvement (provided the food is really good). I also liked the outdoor Indulge area which looked great. I look forward to seeing more of your videos about this new ship.
I think I much prefer NCL's Bliss... Just looks to be A LOT of either wasted or slim space throughout this boat sprinkled with waaaaay too many extra charge experiences. I'm not impressed. Good video though.
I'm wondering if it's just how you edit your videos or if every single room is lit up so brightly? Every restaurant feels so clinical! What ever happened to candlelit dinners and warm, subtle lighting... Even the atrium is so bright and feels very harsh.
Its a truly beautiful ship, So futuristic and bright. However, a lot of the spaces have the feel of walking through a corridor, May just be me though, It wouldnt put me off though.
Wow. When I worked on NCL back in the day, I could not have imagined their ships looking like this. Ben, it would be great if you could include a graphic at the beginning of these tour videos that displays the ship's dimensions, tonnage, and capacity. Otherwise, everything you are doing is absolutely stellar!
I disagree with many comments to be it looks boring and souless. Will be interesting to see it perhaps with more passengers. But it doesnt look like a fun ship. I wonder who their market is for this style of ship?
I really did not like this ship, It reminded me of The Edge, I cruised on that ship a while ago and hated it. But thank you for this video, love what you do.
I must say that I'm really disappointed in the blandness of the colors and all of the tan. It left me feeling like I was in a matrix or something. Some of it was beautiful but most of it to me just blah. I felt like I was at an Ikea much of the time
Now that's a lovely ship guys, you are so lucky to be able to do this, I know it's much harder work than most people appreciate, your video and editing skills are some of the best on UA-cam for sure. thanks for all your content guys.
I was just about to comment how the atrium looks like the passengers spaceship and you said it 😂 this ship is stunning, it’s good to see modern ships being introduced into fleets - it should help bring more younger people into realising how amazing cruising is!! ❤
While the pureists might enjoy the extensive advert for Norwegian, the essence and enjoyment of your vlogs is based around the pair of you, your reactions and situations you find your self in, onboard and ashore. This is too long and feels like a sponsored delivery, almost as if written from a script. Lets have more of Ben and David - even if we cant afford some of the trips, we feel that with you in them, they are shared.
Hi Steve. We have always produced a walk through tour of every ship before we start our vlogs. Our vlog of the ship with more of our thoughts and critiques will come in a few weeks.
This is a great video of the ship but I really miss you and David doing your individual reviews! I’d rather see the two of you in each area showing us what you’re doing. Please come back! ❤
We'll be back as usual next week. We always do a walk-through tour of a ship before we start our vlog series. The vlog series on the Prima will begin after the Mardi Gras vlogs finish.😄
I am re-booked for my 1st cruise after lockdown (2 cancellations were from NCL and 2 were personal on my behalf) Needless to say I am BEYOND excited to go out on the Prima as my 1st cruise back! Thank you for the wonderful tour…less than 4 months and COUNTING!!! 😍
Wonderful video, as usual. I am glad I watched it. I now know what to expect from my Prima cruise in 2 weeks. Keep on with this great job. I love you both!!
Bloody hell! Do they also charge you to use the bathrooms? Or even sit down for five minutes 😂 what a joke, you literally cannot breath or walk by the sounds of it, without paying for it! Fabulous video lads! Keep up the great work! ❤
Thank you so very much for this extensive tour of the Prima. I’ll be sailing on it in December. I still can’t figure out if my balcony stateroom will be obstructed be the dry slide. I’ve read numerous criticism about it, including that it actually goes through the balconies.
You guys are absolutely top of the line when it comes to ship tours! What a beautiful ship she is too! I absolutely love the design, and can`t wait to see the cabin!
You two give the most amazing ship tours. Out of all the many MANY cruise channels now, yours is by far the best. I was concerned though, I loved the Carnival Mardi Gras 2 videos you had from last week, so are you going to have any more videos about her? I would love to see more about her. Thank you again for your incredible channel. You two are such a sweet couple. ((Hugs)) ‘n’ 😘 2 U both.
I came here for "Norwegian Prima FULL Tour and Walkthrough". Next time, just say "full tour and walkthrough of ACCOMODATION decks" , was really disappointed...
Your videos are amazing. The best if compared with any UA-camr and better that the ones shot by the cruise lines. I enjoyed every minute. By the way, what camera are you using?
Hi! Im from the US - Orlando are and I found your channel because of your Mardi Gras videos. I sailed Mardi Gras with my family this January 2023. It was great! I have never really considered Norwegian because it has kind of a bad “grandma/ grandpa ship” reputation from what ive heard. BUT this ship looks to die for! Super modern and fun! I might have to check this one out😍
Im presently on the Prima. I will never sail with Norwegian again . Don’t like the chopped up design. Every venue packed. Carpets are stained in the bedroom . Every cut you can think of has been made . No lotion in bathroom. Poor Tv reception . Signage could be a lot better.. The staff in the Main restaurant were fabulous. Room steward , didn’t get the room done till 5 pm some days . Reception and tour staff were excellent. Food often cold , has to have a requested noted that we required hot meals in main dining room . Did not cater to diets in the buffet. My choice for lunch one day was beans and broccoli with jello for dessert Every evening meal in the buffet I could have rotisserie chicken and veggies and jello .. Too many small things , too many to mention that I have been used to on other cruise lines 😢
I just spent 22 days cruising on the Prima, from Copenhagen to New York City. I have a complete different opinion of that ship. I agree that the ship is beautiful. No one can deny that. However, on your cruise, you sailed at about 50% capacity. I sailed at almost full capacity. And as the weather was not very nice, like you, we were not able to use the outdoor seating areas. The buffet is so small that most morning, it took me up to 20 minutes to find an available table to eat my breakfast. For the indulge food hall, same story. Long line-ups as the place was always packed. You did not mention the size of the Theater, Sid Norman or Improv at sea. Sailing at half capacity, it was probably easy to get a seat. As full capacity, few hours after lots of people joined us in Southampton for the 12 day transatlantic, all the tickets for the entire week were gone. Many people were not able to see the shows. Theater has 750 seats in the full configuration. About 600 for the Noise Boys configuration. Both Sid Norman and Improv has fewer than 100 seats. You are correct that the Obversation lounge on deck 17 is beautiful. But as they cut 50% of the space to create the Galaxie Pavillion, on a sea day, impossible to find a seat after 10h00 am. You mention "plenty of seats" in the atrium. This is not accurate. Most of the space on the 3 levels was allocated to shops. Again, with 3200 passengers and bad weather, impossible to find a chair for happy hour. The only bars with decent seating are the Metropolitain and the Belvedere. This ship is built to sail under tropical weather. I am sure that the experience with all the outdoor space would be totally different. But they are still planning to send her to Iceland next year. I am in total agreement with you concerning the Hudson's main dining room. Beautiful and food is excelent. And, as usual, the crew on the NCL Prima was top of the line. Overall, it was a great cruise despite the difficulty to find a seat to eat and to have a drink.
Loved the video. Fantastic ship. I was a bit disappointed with the main pool. Thought it let the ship down. They also didnt seem to be many seats in the bar areas. But I'm a novice. I've only been on one cruise and that was with MSC on the Bellisima. Loads of sunbeds , great pools and great bars. I'm currently looking for a cruise to go to Greece in september 2025 and was looking at the NCL VIVA. The pool and sunbathing areas are putting me off now after watching this. But the ship is very good indeed. I've got a lot of pondering to do now. Thanks you 2 for that lol
😎FromAZ...loved your tour...going on Prima NCL to Bermuda end of April cruise; so happy we booked it now that we saw your tour. Thx guys, looking forward to more of your great views.💃
#1 statement when doing these walkthrough's "... and there's also a bar". Turn the corner and "... there's also a bar" Love your guys' videos. Thank you so much! One thing, if possible, please quite saying "complimentary'. This has been paid for and is part of the cruise cost. it is included or part of the cost but never complimentary since it has been paid for. That being said, there are times when things are complimentary... a free upgrade would be complimentary. So it could get confusing as to what was truly free and what is included.
I contemplated booking the Norway/Iceland cruise in June23 but after reading more than expected negative reviews concerning lack of seating in some dining areas and crowding, small buffet, small pool, some guests not seeing ANY shows due to space, not even enough room for the popular game show, only 80 seats for the comedy show. ..on and on..... the food truck theme has almost no seats for the crowds Many people, like us on cruises, use the buffet due to time as we are on excursions , get back clean up, and to use quick dining to make the shows, looks like that may not be a issue since getting into shows is very difficult ! Quite disappointed with the situation we really wanted to book thus Iceland trip !
Impressive but it's not a cruise ship, just a floating entertainment centre. In a storm it's very dodgy. All these balconies & sliding glass doors will let in water once smashed however strong. Anthem of the Seas set sail into a hurricane that the Captain knew was there but hey we have a timetable. It was horrendous, decks wrecked & passengers fearing for their lives. Cruise cancelled, money refunded & much repairs. The Captain should be sacked. One day one of these leviathans will be sunk with 1000s dead.
Beautiful ship and tour gents. NCL silver here. They really need to do away with the go karts. They are tossing away so much available open deck space for either social events, a large gathering pool or a couple of smaller pools. We have sailed on Getaway, Breakaway and most recently Encore. I’ll take a Breakaway class ship every time. Not that I’d turn my back on an invite to sail on Viva or Prima anytime though.
Let us help you book your next cruise 👉 www.cruisewith.co.uk/book-a-cruise
Honestly you both could do a walking tour of the inside of a cardboard box and I would watch it. I love you both! Hope to see you aboard a ship someday!
I agree they do such a great job
Omg amen! Thank you for saying what I’m thinking! I feel like sooooo less of a stalker😂
Well said. Totally agree.
Great job and you guys keep up the good work. Really appreciate it.
Stephanie Lynn! Exactly!!
I don’t feel smoking should be accommodated anywhere inside anymore…
This one is not my cup of tea, it all looked too beige. Enjoyed thhe video though.
The color palette and design of the ship reminds me of like Federation starship interiors circa mid to late 24th century. Very much getting the Enterprise vibe here.
I think thats why I liked it instantly, reminds me of Star Trek..lol
I like you videos a lot, but I don't like this style at all.
A bit unfriendly. Your natural is better.
Your photography, commentary and music are just incredible! We are always in awe when you do a walk through tour. Great job as always!
While I think RC need to tone things down again and that their designs will look super dated in a very short time. This NCL in areas seems a little too Star Trek TNG movies to me.
I am sorry, as usual the content is great. But was this interior designed by the Kardasian/Trump company?
This might be the most beautiful ship I've ever seen! Love all the outdoor spaces and views of the water from inside. Makes me want to cruise again!
This was one of the best ship tours ever! Never felt dizzy or sick from all of the spinning around that other creators have done. It was very enjoyable, can’t wait until I get on the Prima December 3rd from Miami. Thank you for the amazing ship tour. 😊
Cruise Lines should hire you guys for doing their promotional videos! Nicely done camera work and editing. The video is top notch and professional!
This is the best review I've seen of the Prima. My impression of the ship is MUCH better that what I learned from any of the other cruise bloggers. Now I'm very impressed with this ship!
oh my god this ship is stunning. I did not expect that. Thanks for the footage, guys! You always do such great work.
Thank you so much Rachel! Really appreciate you watching.
Curious what you think now that you are onboard?
@@curious-traveler7730 Hi Sorry i didn't have the chance to respond on board. i only had the 30 mins free wifi! We loved it actually, especially Indulge. What a great looking ship, I know most cruise ships look fantastic but this one has a slightly more sophisticated vibe going on
Sophisticated is exactly the word that I had on my mind looking at this ship!
I am booked on Prima's sister ship, the Viva, for an inaugural transatlantic in Nov 2023. Really appreciate the walkthrough.
Incredible tour, B&D. What a magnificent ship! 😍
Wow - everything about the design of this ship is absolutely breathtaking - I'm SO impressed at just how luxurious they've made this ship look! do the edge…. you’ll be assured of an adult crowd

Your walking tours are always top notch. Enjoyed so much. Thank you.

So how is the food in the complimentary dining areas if it's really good there you know it's going to be excellent in the specialty dining
Very modern. Not for me though. On the whole I didn’t like it. Too clinical
I don’t think I would like this ship. It looks too austere to me. Like sitting in a doctor’s office
I love that you two do actual ship tours, and don’t make yourselves the center of attention of the video, like certain other cruise tour vloggers.
Unbelievable
Looks fantastic, I always cruise with Norwegian, but never seen anything like this, great video boy's
We love this video. You guys do a great job! Thanks❤️🛳🎉

Looks beautiful. Glad to see that they have a non smoking casino area. That's a turnoff to us to smell smoke wafting out of a casino into other areas.

Good grief, what an awful ship. 8 minutes in and it’s so bland, had to stop it. That casino???? What an atmosphere, NOT!!
It does get much better later in the video. Agree the atrium is a big put off for me.
Its look awesome inside. Inside the interior very attractive
Wow beautiful camera work very smooth
Gorgeous. So modern, clean lines, and beautifully decorated.
Never been tempted by NCL but this looks great
This is the best ship tour video I've seen of the Prima. Very easy to watch and well narrated, nice camera work. Great job.
Great tour, odd ship

Great tour! We've booked for later this year and Viva in 2023. Love the modern, luxurious decor 😍💆🧑🚀🌿🌠
Gorgeous. This is the kind of ship I’d want to do a cruise on! Is this your drone version videography?
Oh my wow NCL Prima!? Can’t believe that…… nice ship thank you for share

Immediately thought of the spaceship from Passengers seeing the atrium! 😱

Turn the corner and "... there's also a bar"
Love your guys' videos.
It’s a beautiful ship
I contemplated booking the Norway/Iceland cruise in June23 but after reading more than expected negative reviews concerning lack of seating in some dining areas and
crowding, small buffet, small pool, some guests not seeing ANY shows due to space, not even enough room for the popular game show, only 80 seats for the comedy show. ..on and on.....
the food truck theme has almost no seats for the crowds
Many people, like us on cruises, use the buffet due to time as we are on excursions , get back clean up, and to use quick dining to make the shows, looks like that may not be a issue since getting into shows is very difficult !
"There is comfortable seating all around until we reach the whiskey bar..." ...where all seats painful to sit on. LOL
