Thank you so much for also discussing the customer service aspect! I do NOT have the patience anymore to haggle with difficult customer service personnel after all the other CS people I’ve had to work with throughout pregnancy and birth at hospitals, insurance companies, FSA etc.
And by describing the trick you’re empowering us to see through it! I once asked my kiddo - prone to overwhelm at the grocery store- why the grocery store puts toys and cakes next to the milk and eggs? Store tricks. It became a game. Spot the store trick. And her desire for the tricky items went waaay down.
Thank you for your review. You are the only one telling the truth about the M5. I bought it and got nipple damage since the beggining. Im busty and a 27 mm falange user so i thought it was my fault, since every influencer I know love them. And my primary pump is the maxflow :(, i feel so bad
I used the momcozy S9 pro with my last baby. My body responded decently to the pump. But I had to replace it multiple times and customer service was of no help. Is there a pump that would work well for me. I also have a spectra S1 that works well. The willow Go did not work for me the last time.
I fell victim to these tactics 😭 I have the S12 pro and the M6 😕 I WILL say that they did initiate a refund for my M6! I contacted customer support after having issues with it. At first they offered to give me another S12 pro, but I was firm that I wanted my money refunded, and they did agree, so at least there’s that! With that being said, my only other pump is the Dr Browns pump which of course is not mobile, which is something I desperately need. After watching your videos amongst others, I really want to get the Baby Buddha 2.0, but I’ve also heard the suction is pretty strong. I am in the sensitive side and only ever use my S12 Pro on levels 1-3, usually 1 or 2. Will the Baby Buddha be too strong for me? I don’t want to get yet another pump that I’m dissatisfied with 😕I did order the Rumble Tuff cups after seeing your wearable cup video about them lessening the suction! I may try them with my Dr Brown pump if it’s compatible. I just haven’t brought myself to pull the trigger yet on the Baby Buddha, I’ll more than likely do it once MomCozy refunds me. Any advice on getting it to work for me with being sensitive?
I actually like the momcozy m5 pump what makes it better is getting your own inserts instead of using theirs. With the momcozy m5 I have good output but I don't use it as my main pump. I use my Spectra as my main pump. I also have the zomee fit and didn’t like it as much because it leakes. I personally think wearable pumps are not the best but it could be helpful for working moms. Especially mother's that work in healthcare.
Using alternate inserts ends up touching the diaphragm compromising the already questionable suction pattern. This pump can be great for output and still crash supplies- we won’t be recommending it after seeing so much damage. As for the zomee fit that should not be leaking- that can be helped with troubleshooting!
I wish I’d known this prior to trying these pumps I have tried the m5 and it bruised me however I do have elastic nipples but they don’t tell u enough and it’s terrible on my breasts I can’t agree enough!! and I’ve also tried the s12 it’s okay on suction but it also hurts my elastic nipples. Cause there tunnels are so short the m5 is the absolute worst tho by far I love my baby Buddha I’m gonna stay with that I just wish I could find something that worked with how elastic my nipples Are the only thing that has helped So far are lac teck flanges and they stick out of the cups but im scared to trim just in case my nipples could hit the back of the cups like with inserts.
If you like your Baby Buddha, I highly recommend sending an email to their support. The lactation support for the pump is amazing and there are inserts that can help. I have super elastic nipples and I am having a lot of success with inserts and the cups with the pump. The right insert is key for elastic nipples mamas.
I’m so sad that I don’t know your channel sooner. The 2 pumps that I brought were medela maxflow and momcozy, all out of my pocket. Needless to say that I’m not happy with both of them

Love your break down of the sales tricks. The clicky nails. The pour. The whole schtick.
It’s so manipulative!

@@genuinelactation I love that your new predatory pump video continues to break these tricky tricks down so we can see them.

Any thoughts on the m9?

Look into the Zomee Fit

@charitywooten2135 you mean you got inserts from baby buddha? Or do you use another brand of inserts?
