Bonus tip for my teammates when they play Loba: she has this thing called Black Market which is her Ultimate. You can do this thing where you use it. Do that :).
Met a loba main with 5k kills on her never use her market once during our game, even when I asked her multiple times. Needed ammo bad at the last 3 squads with no time to swap weapons. Ended up having wipe a guy, steal his ammo and then won the game. Is that normal for yall to do?
For Caustic, I like to place traps a few inches away from the door, so it's not blocking the doorway, because it can be annoying trying to make a quick escape with your own team's traps in the way.
@@kidspider4536 if it’s blocking the door then they’ll know it’s there but if it’s not then players can open the door and shoot you even if they don’t walk in
If you are playing as wraith, you can set a keyboard macro to disconnect from the game. This will make the strongest part of her kit MUCH easier to use.
Quick rampart tip: You don’t always need to have an LMG, but if you see one, take it. That extra ammo, even if you have a gold mag, can save you(especially when fighting someone else with an LMG)and that increase reload speed is amazing in 1v1’s.
Rampart player of many hundred hours here, and I... disagree. 1. Lmgs have a higher movement speed penalty than smgs (while ADS-ing), so if you're in 1v1s and are looking down sights, youre at a disatvantage. 2. If you dont ADS, while in a close range fight, you will suffer (probably) greater random bullet spread than the other person, depending on the gun they're using. 3. Lmgs are best when you have some cover, specifically when head-glitchin or behind your walls, since its usually easier to hit you (the person using an LMG) than the other guy (who is not using an LMG). With cover, that downside is mostly or entirely negated. And heres my main problem with LMGs: 4. Since you're not always going to be able to headglitch or put down walls in every fight, LMGs become unreliable, rampart or otherwise. So this idea that picking up an LMG when you have other guns to choose from is always a good idea is incorrect. 5. Apart from that, while yes I do agree that ramparts reload speed and extra mag size is nice, it doesnt play a big role since lmgs have such a massive mag to begin with. With the only exception being the L-star in my opinion. Makes LMGs playable though.
That being said, heres some tips to help you play with LMGs, rampart or otherwise. 1. As previously mentioned, headglitching or just covering as much of your body as posible is your best bet when it comes to mid ranged fights. 2. While in close ranged 1v1s, switching between ADS-ing and strafing with hipfiring will allow you to get the best of both worlds, more accuracy and more movement speed. Sorry if I came off as rude, that was not my intention :)
@@derpyfish8992 naw u good. I also main rampart and have (about) 100ish hours on her and this is pretty interesting stuff your throwing at me. I do agree that if you have a weapon that you personally think is better with rampart or fits your play style better(for me, r99 wingman, sentinel etc)you should take it over an lmg. But many guns are easily swapped like p2020, Mozambic, even the alternator. But that’s all I have to say.
As a Crypto, if you have your EMP ready and the enemy is hiding inside. Make sure to keep te drone outside against a wall. Rush the attack and just as you approach, activate the EMP. This will reveal the enemy position and you'll have the upper hand in the fight.
Since the Bangalore tips weren’t super helpful here’s a few of mine as a 10k kills Bangalore main Smoke can do damage to a door without showing that it’s damaged. You can use this to your advantage if you’re playing around a building to 1 hit break a door and get the jump on an enemy Smoke blows up on contact, making it extremely easy to sky nade with. This is extremely useful if you want to cover an area AFTER engaging. Remember that smoke does 10 damage. If you think someone is hiding somewhere, throw it. I catch rats with smoke all the time. Utilize Double time in a close range fight while you’re reloading. You’d be surprised how easy it is to break ankles with it. Doubletime works on any enemy grenade or air strike, and you can reliably use this to aggressively reposition. You can also cheat it with your own grenades in a chase. You can melee cancel smoke launcher. This also works with most amiable tacticals including revenant fuse lifeline loba caustic Gibraltar ash Valkyrie and I think Newcastle/seer? Not sure on those 2 tho. If you’re being chased and you have both smokes, throw one down right before rounding a piece of cover then throw the second further down the path you were traveling. If you’re far enough ahead (Which most of the time doubletime makes sure of) and you’re not being chased by scans you can use this fake out to heal To any Bangalores out there I hope this helped, I wanna see more sweaty players on her✌️
I usually play Valk, now, but I didn't actually know you jump while making Wraiths portal. That end jump will come in handy . I really feel that downside from a Bangalore smoking me. I was able to heal, but I know I lost a fragment fight before because they smoked in the building and I couldn't see the enemy
Another rampart tip, make sure if you are using her cover in a long range fight to PUT ANOTHER COVER BEHIND THE FIRST ONE! So when the first cover (top part/glass part) is broken you’ll already have another shield there, if the bottom of the first one is broken right away then you’ll still have that second cover, you should especially do this if you’re placing Sheila down. Sheila can only turn so much, make sure she’s facing the way you’ll be shooting.
12:20 also wanted to add from many painful experience, if you ping them and they are close to you (usually within a couple hundred meters) be aware that they might double back and try to fight you. Don’t just assume that because they are a bit away it means they’ve left and have no interest in fighting
lil' Crypto tip for the comment section: you can heal or pop an ult accel while piloting your drone. To do this, throw out the drone by taping the tac button, then immediately press your heal button / ult accel key. After this, press your tactical again. this should result in crypto using something like a battery, while flying around the drone. I probably didn't describe it that well here, but there is information online about it!
Another tip for lifeline, if you get an armor swap pick from the package, it will always face towards you from the second you call it in, not when it lands. It also shows a small timer in the ultimate triangle. This way you know both when your package will be dropped, and where your armor swap will be
Another vantage tip: her double jump gives momentum in whatever direction you're facing, so you can go from facing echo to jumping 90° from your initial jump. You can also place echo on the ground if you look down and redirect them to where you're standing which will still boost you into the air when used
Bonus tip for ash if you walk up to a death box you will see a skull on it if the skull has a slash through it the person or team that killed it is dead don't waste time stabbing every box.
I've got a bonus tip for Loba myself. Her passive pings items based off line of sight. If you're using a sniper with far range optics, you can ping items from an extremely large distance, which is helpful if you're not playing with open mic or you want someone to dibs it from afar. It also saves you a free black market slot since you can just walk over to where she pinged the item.
Newcastle: when you ult, just before you land, you can turn to whichever direction you want to face and the shield will cover in that direction. Very helpful for when you need to create space between a team behind you. I've escaped so many fights with this. Ult in one direction, turn around in a complete 180, plant the shields for cover, then keep running the original direction.
Bonus tip for Loba: similar to Lifeline, you can use your ultimate whenever you want to as a piece of impromptu cover or as a door barricade. It's not the best cover, but if it stops a couple bullets, lets you get a shield cell / syringe off in a pinch, or cuts off a push angle even just for a few seconds, it's well worth it.
Ever since I've been watching your videos, I've become a lot better. I played over 2.5k hours and just about a few months ago, where I found you, I noticed how much better I got. Thank you :)
As someone whos a maggie main, when using the drill, Dont forget you can use angles to your advantage!! Using angles can be a massive advantage cause you can cut off in entire rooms when done right! Angles can also be used to do head shot damage with the fire! Using your drill can be a life or death sentence if you time it incorrectly. Cause you are exposed when aiming. Also remember the thickness of the thing your drilling. If it's too thick the fire won't even nick em. Try to abuse corners near doors cause than when the think if they just open the door their safe(cause it moves the drills fire direction) but instead they are still taking damage. Using your riot drill defensively can work as well, if your trying to hide and heal behind solid cover that can't be broken, use the drill on the cover if they get too close.
Another tip for Wattson, if you play in control, you can collect her fences from a much longer distance, just hit the skill button as if you were to extend/connect the fence, and press L2/LT (ps/Xbox), you can spam the button to collect multiple fences at once
For Vantage, you can also recall your bat mid-air to get the jump off faster. Holding crouch will make it so you won't draw out your weapon as opposed to double jump; your weapon will get drawn faster so you can fight. edit: for Mad Maggie, you can also opt to run Mozambique as you can get hammerpoints from the crafter. The benefit to to running Mozambique is the additional strafe speed that she gets from having a shotgun, making dueling a hell of a lot easier. Lifeline's ress slows her down for a bit. You can cancel it by sliding and ressing during the slide and you won't get slowed at all.
The first Loba tip actually isn’t true. If you throw it while standing still you can still run it just doesn’t look like it because she doesn’t move her arms
Lifeline tip : when rezing pop a care packige before, the people you rez might get a purpule shield or ome goodies. Popping the care package after might result in worse loot.
Extra Vantage thing(?): If you land on the cargo ship and drop, send Echo out as you're falling. It's let me super jump right up to where Echo was sent out lol. Less of a tip but more of a fun fact I've found out
As an ash main who only really plays her completely solo her ultimate is key and her tactical should only really be used when exiting her portal. I only engage in fights when the ult is ready and I keep at least one ult accelerant on me at all times if I can. She’s incredibly fun to play with solo, I usually only use my ultimate as a get out of jail free card. But there are times where you’ll be fighting somebody from behind cover and you can teleport behind them instantly. Also another tip with ash is to stay the hell away from wide open areas. Her ult doesn’t go that far and it’s easy for people to follow you. Ash thrives in dense areas.
I would change newcastle tip #1 from Cancel the revive and use your teammates shield to Cancel revive to fire and reengage revive while enemy is about to empty a clip. Newcastle can pull out his weapon faster than any other legend after cancelling a revive while also being able to control when the shield will be active.
Correction for Newcastle, check my video use that tac shield. You dont have to be between the shield and projector, just simply infront of the projector. You can be looking at the curved side of the shield and make it do a 180
as a wattson main, my tip is to use bait fences when doing the door trick!! they will be too distracted trying to shoot that fence down that they dont see you fencing them
For life line, grab accelerant off the bat and usually you find a blue shield by the time you are getting loaded call in care package for a purple get another accelerate for gold or whatever.
Mangos, I've always wanted to tell you that the only reason I've never paid for a coaching session from you is because I feel like a lot of the stuff you'll tell me about my gameplay can be found by just binging your videos and really listening to what you have to say, and putting in the effort. You should have multiple types of coaching sessions. I'm personally the type of person who would learn better if you were to be teaching me as we were playing together, coaching me on what I just did wrong in our fight and why it was the wrong call. If you had sessions like that, that weren't just reviewing my gameplay but we were actually playing together for those 2 hours, I would be more inclined to spend the $100 to have a longer coaching session.
Can you please make a video strictly on horizon because i really like her kit but i wanted to learn how to use it and when to use he Q and Ult, please and thank you.
For Maggie, you can riot drill right next the door at an angle and cause the riot drill to hurt them, and make the riot drill not hurt u, only downside is that it will not break the door, but it will cause them to move away while also doing up to 40 damage before they can move, if they are trying to get a big heal off
I always like taking people head on as mirage I get on some slightly higher ground at an angle their not expecting and jump right on top of the enemy while using the ultimate then they gotta worry about a threat being possibly anywhere in a 360 degree radius but don’t stick around to long after doing this especially if your team isn’t backing you it’s great for causing chaos and surprising the enemy but once you start shooting pretty soon they’ll figure out which ones which so in short use to help team push but don’t stick around use it like guerrilla warfare a quick in and out hit and run
Bonus tip for Bangalore: Don't smoke the enemy team if you are winning the fight. You are only giving them cover and allowing them to heal/revive. This is double important if your tm8 has a kraber. They can't shoot the enemy if they can't see them.
Like I told other ppl..I stim to go on the pad to get out of trouble faster..yes it doesn’t make you go further but it does make me get to the pad faster
When you play lifeline if you heal someone when they're down it makes you slow and unable to fight for a second but if you slide into the heal then it cancels that out.
Think a great tip for Crypto is that you will automatically reload your weapons while in your drone after a few seconds as if they had gold magazines. This is also affected by the weapon you're using, a P2020 reloads in drone much faster than a charge rifle. It's a decent way to balance your drone usage and combat potential, unload both weapons and if you're safe, maybe mid-range, go into your drone move it around, keep it safe, give teammates better recon with it, then get back in the fight.
I accidentally okayed crypto yesterday and I never knew the banners showed the squads, I noticed it and it actually got us a high kill win cuz we were able to position properly
yeah, the wattson door fence thing is something you have to have as a habit to get it very much, otherwise you have to actively be thinking oh right i need to place a node outside this door before i hold it which reduces the amount of times it will likely happen by a lot
Another Rampart tip from a Rampart main: use her covers to stop grenades, ark stars and most artillery, another tip is putting more than one cover when u are protecting from snipers cuz they get destroyed easily
idk if you will see this but i always play with random people because i have no friends, and i feel like it makes it harder because i don't use my mic either, do u have any advice?
I don't use it very much because the potatos I end up with in solo Q take too many fights and pot shots as it is. Most of these clowns will think its a green light to W key all the way to that team or something else stupid.
Pathfinders tips are easier to do on MnK then Controller, if you bind your jump on space and scrollwheel up/down, you cant just spam jump through scrollwhell and its way easier to time.
not all Gibby bubble fights are up CQC there mostly Mid-range for some reason and a lot of them I've fought carry snipers or a mid-range weapon... so take that into consideration as well
You can break new castles wall with 2 hits, if at any time they try and block a door while in a fight just hit it twice as any legend and it will come down.
That first wattson tip is so common n i still never see other wattsons do it. Fair enough it takes a little pre planning as do most tricks with her. but wattsons should be using it any chance they get. As you run into a room just whack a node down at a lil distance Infront of it before u go in. It's actually such a strong door fight tactic n 9 time out of 10 ur gna win that fight by doing it. Had a rampart come at me with Sheila n destroyed her just by doing that as she pulled Sheila out n beamed her lol. Randoms ping my unconnected node like they think I forgot to build a fence n im like no it's a trick 🙄😅
Theres a little circle surrounding echo when he's deployed Blue: you have LOS and he jump is ready Yellow: you have LOS and jump is not ready Red: no LOS

I would change newcastle tip #1 from Cancel the revive and use your teammates shield to Cancel revive to fire and reengage revive while enemy is about to empty a clip. Newcastle can pull out his weapon faster than any other legend after cancelling a revive while also being able to control when the shield will be active.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks legend, will do!
Correction for Newcastle, check my video use that tac shield. You dont have to be between the shield and projector, just simply infront of the projector. You can be looking at the curved side of the shield and make it do a 180
YOU CAN ZOOM IN WITH FUSE ULT
as a wattson main, my tip is to use bait fences when doing the door trick!! they will be too distracted trying to shoot that fence down that they dont see you fencing them
ive found alot of players predict the door trick now- but never when i do a bait fence!!
What do you mean exactly with Fence baiting?
I'll stim and stand still next to teammates idgaf.
No stimming into the pad doesn't seem effective but sometimes you don't get that much space to build momentum so it's an instant slide into the pad
At 7:42 “then one clip them and laugh” 🤣
12:05 Their deathbox flew away.
Rev advice is good. My team tries to intentionally keep one from being sent back so when they expire we get a free 3v1
As a caustic player I love when bang players smoke us out when the enemy presses.
time to gas the entire area and have rampart waiting with Sheila right next to your shotgun :>
@@HappyBeezerStudios You got it. That or Watson hole works too.
For Ash, I've heard from others that scanning death boxes also tells the enemy your location so it is risky
That was mentioned in the video.
For vantage, the number of armor also shows how many members there are on that team. So if you only see one set of armor, it's a solo.
Are people out here with three sets of armor on?
fun ash fact if the marker icon is broken that lets you know if they are dead by marker icon i mean this 11:45
Sometimes if an enemy throws a thermite I’ll send one of my clones into it if my team doesn’t know where they are because it reveals there position
Yes! I send clones into Watson fences, fuse's tac and ults, gibby and bang ults. Shows me right where they are!
Is anyone going to talk about the death box at 12:05
lol
Thank you so much really appretiate the help
idk if you will see this but i always play with random people because i have no friends, and i feel like it makes it harder because i don't use my mic either, do u have any advice?
Incredible video, thank you for these fun tips!!! ♡♡♡
Your videos really are informative, keep it up 🔥
I love these thank you im excited to learn
Another tip for lifeline, if you go into a revive while sliding, it doesn't slow you down as much. This has saved me countless times.
I dont suggest the ash passive because if the draw back. Unless you’re actively hunting
I don't use it very much because the potatos I end up with in solo Q take too many fights and pot shots as it is. Most of these clowns will think its a green light to W key all the way to that team or something else stupid.
“Seconds matter in apex” as he’s emoting on someone lol
Pathfinders tips are easier to do on MnK then Controller, if you bind your jump on space and scrollwheel up/down, you cant just spam jump through scrollwhell and its way easier to time.
I am a Bangalore main and would most definitely love to add a few points.
I have around 200k damage with her just this season.
5:35 I wonder how that person felt after dying to controller
not all Gibby bubble fights are up CQC there mostly Mid-range for some reason and a lot of them I've fought carry snipers or a mid-range weapon...
so take that into consideration as well
Great video learned a few things i didnt know 🤙🏽
When you need to get through the horizon lift, you don’t have to slide the second time you can just walk through it
Thank you! It helped a lot.
For lifeline slide into revive to minimize the animation.
Vantages passive also tells you if you're aiming at decoys or the actual mirage
I never knew octanes stim didn’t boost you on a jump pad. I always use a stim and slide into the jump pad to go far.
Is it good to use seers tac to check their health?
If you're a complete beginner to soft production then soft is imo the easiest daw that you can get, I started off with it.. If you have a little bit
Nice tips mango 🤘🏽
For bloodhound you missed the fact knocking an enemy extends the time of his ultimate
On vantage you could see people through walls if you were looking directly at them but I don’t know if they have changed it
Bonus tip for octane: you can’t kill yourself with stim so you have to spam it until ur 1hp, and book it into a nearby enemy squad
@12:14 dawg put the 30-30 down😂
btw rev shadows can get healed by LL drones
2:40 Not really. You can also heal yourself in shadow form with lifeline's drone
Aye mango how do you play ps5 on pc?
good video but 4:29 did speeds get the 4k???
no our random was making 0 sense
"the bad ending"
You can break new castles wall with 2 hits, if at any time they try and block a door while in a fight just hit it twice as any legend and it will come down.
I'll probably not get an answer but still, when I opened my soft Roll I couldn't place the "notes" or however you call them that finely, by
That first wattson tip is so common n i still never see other wattsons do it. Randoms ping my unconnected node like they think I forgot to build a fence n im like no it's a trick 🙄😅
is there any indication to see when vantages bat is ready again? it feels a bit lazy sometimes. 😅
Theres a little circle surrounding echo when he's deployed
Blue: you have LOS and he jump is ready
Yellow: you have LOS and jump is not ready
Red: no LOS
I believe he's buggy, because on the training ground he shows up as many seconds before he comes back.
@@thatduck8000 ah ok good to know, thanks! But how about if he's not deployed? No indication? I just keep pressing tactical till it works 😅
Thank you bro !!!
I never knew loba #1 where if you dont run your gonna be in a standstill. I always ran using loba so never noticed that
this is so informative holy
Bangalore teammates are often scarier in gunfights than the enemy 😱
" then, one clip them and laugh" 💀 7:50
