It’s a big component of his social anxiety, while also being his comedic superpower. I love Mark. His one liners on Protect Our Parks are the best because he just can’t help himself.

Past year or so the man finished a new special, last season of his cartoon, directed & starred in his own movie, did 3 acting gigs, and kept up doing podcasts every week. He doesn't have time for even his hobbies. He barely knows anyone current in sports, he'll hilariously call everyone by the wrong names and blame "Old Dad Brain"
I love how even at Bill Burr, Mark and Sam's level they wonder how their idols react to fan-boying out, while they have millions of people doing the same to them
Bill's journey early on and the struggles he went through to get where he is today, the stories about Patrice, and the moments/jokes with Dave Attell had me smiling ear to ear. As an aspiring comic, I love these conversations between comedians.
I got to be at Wrigley when McGuire came to town and duked it out with Sosa (I think it was August 19th). The vibe was so amazing that day. I think McGuire had 2 homers and Sosa had 1 in that game.

On the same page with these guys on QT. His best movies for me are “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood”, “Jackie Brown” and “Pulp Fiction”; the ones I skip are “Kill Bill”, “Death Proof” and “Inglorious B’s”. And yes Bill is spot on, French film “A Prophet” is amazing.
So basically, this is just what you and your friends do in a living room when you have nothing to do and nowhere to be........just better. It's like hey heres the ideal version of the "chilling with friends" scenario that, wish as you might, your friends just can't elevate themselves to and provide that higher satisfaction of character expression. Something these comic masters easily supply through our screens and carry the slack for the friends who let us down. I feel nursed by these fine gents who, like wizards, cast me into laughing fits again and again and again. It's great for insomnia and it's super great for covering up the void thats been forming after so many failed attempts to connect with people.
Watched jackie brown on acid, and let me tell you the story line unfolding is amazing but that part when sam L told chris tucker to get in the trunk i LOST MY MARBLES 😂
This episode was about building other comedians up. So many of these comedians podcasts are just gossip about how drunk they get and this one was about what makes each other laugh. Nice.
