BRAND new video of the best free video editors! You guys loved the 2020 version and things have changed since then so I thought I'd make an updated version! What's your favorite video editor?
Short, to the point, and very informative. Amazing job on this video! Very glad I could find some decent non-watermark editors after my old one decided to force you to pay.
Thank you very much! I snagged VSDC (free) and just hopped right in to it with out a tut and got the jest of it rather quickly. Works well for me. Edit: OMG Kdenlive on windows!! Its the only thing why I tried linux in the first place! I'm going to snag it too and see if I like it more then VSDC.
@@kiiro5656 VSDC. was able to use it relatively well even with out watching tut videos, it also worked well on my unstable low end system with out issues. Kdenlive on windows was a joke at best.
wow it’s crazy how i’m back at your channel after 6+ years. i remember watching your videos when i started my channel as a kid. good to see you are still around this many years later
All these are good video editors but each has its own drawback: 1. Canva: Interface is somewhat complex. It is an online editor and if the internet connection is slow, or do not have a connection, then it becomes unusable. Most of good assets are in pro version. 2. Da Vinci: Needs a high-end computer. A normal laptop can not handle it. 3. VSCC: By far the best out of all. Any ordinary computer is OK with it and it has all the functions required to make a beautiful video. My first choice is VSDC. 4. Kdenlive: The recent versions do not work properly in normal computers running windows. 5. Shotcut: Needs high computer resources to work. A normal laptop wouldn't be able to run it efficiently. All in all my best choice is VSDC and you should have given it No.1 position.
I've tried out DaVinci Resolve a few times and wouldn't recommend it. In a lot of ways it's a great software, but it has this issue of "Media Offline," which makes it so that about 75% of the media that you insert to use and edit in your timeline isn't readily usable. You can undo this sometime, and get the media online, but it takes a while and does not always work. On top of that, there's no end all be all solution to it, so you run the risk of not being able to use probably a solid 40% of your media.
Great vid! Love VSDC with 1 caveat: it is THE WORST TIMELINE EDITOR. no pinch and zoom, and clicking the tiniest 10x10pixle zoom button is enough to make me use other software.
Thank you! Great video! Going to give Davinci Resolve 17 a shot. Coming from Premier Pro and don't want another subscription. Can't wait to try it out.
Hi. I am a beginner video editor. I want to work as a freelancer. I'm interested in your opinion. Which video editor is better to use vsdc or kdenlive?
Thanks Ziovo. My nephew & I want to make some videos but want to be able to take out the "Yuck" in-between the good stuff...condense the video...Lack of better terms. Kdenlive a good choice??? I have been using PCs forever but video editing, not so much. Lol.
Be aware that is not free! After couple of movies renders it will ask to buy a license.. Then your work will remains useless... I'm working on 4.6 it's light and outdated but it's FAST and can run on old machine...
Hi Ziovo! I just want to know what are your specs , or maybe the minimum specs requirement to label one's pc as lower end? Also a lil favor, if you could pls make a video on how to install those application SAFELY. I'm afraid to encounter such unsafe site. thanks!

I'm kind of in a time crunch and you seem very knowledgeable. I do amateur UA-cam videos and I have been selected to participate in a program offering a free whitetail deer hunt on my property for military veterans and I was wondering if you could do a quick edit of a couple videos with what I have in mind because I just don't have the knowledge or training to complete the project for a UA-cam video.

Who else hates filmora so much when people just say “filmora is the best video editor for beginners” when you have to pay like $70 for a year
I agree, there isn’t even a free version with no watermark but doesn’t have some features. The watermark is so annoyinggg
i swear those fuckers made the watermark half of the video
The thing is, it’s a good editor but fuck it sucks how expensive it is
