I spent my summers (1960s) at Onset Beach in my family’s little, I mean little cottage. They are such great memories. No money needed. Childhood, family, sun, beach, candy, ice cream, fireworks, clams, haddock & white potato suppers, mosquitos, sunburn, barefoot… Absolutely wonderful
We often came to Wareham as kids... after living up & down the East Coast & in other South shore towns, we were thrilled to be able to return to family roots in Wareham 33 years ago! I've always felt it was a special secret place... just love the light here! ~♡~
When I was young, my parents had a home at Parkwood Beach in Wareham. I felt that I was the luckiest kid in the world growing up in a place like that. So many great memories of such a beautiful place. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Wareham for forty years but learned so much more in this 30 minute episode. Thank you.
We love to hear that, Ward!
Great to see Peanut again, my son helped name and raise him at his school!
