I work in a huge powder coating factory everything we do is manual labour with a huge oven the size of a person's house we do a lot of machinery and gates most commonly we get the odd car thing now and then its a hard job but good work an good money your pretty much getting paid to get fit haha i love my job but in this new zealand heat we are having durning summer its damm hot! 250F most days from 6:30am till 8pm

i don't know what prices are in other countries, but when i was working with powder coating, for R15-R16 rims full price with sandblasting was about 120-140 euros (for all 4 of them). R17-18 about 160eu, R19-R21 from 180 to 240eu with sandblasting

Did he hot coat the primer I saw he did not have a ground for any of the coats is that specific to the powder or the gun? Just wondering as my shop always has us ground the part so that the powder lays more naturally.
@@supremecoating I used to sell that stuff for hot tanks (I also sold the hot tanks). Great product and doesn't turn the wheel into a clump of goo like the caustic tanks do.

2. Sandblast/abrasive blasting
3. Compressed air dry/clean part
4. Mask off surfaces not to be painted
5. Powder Coating (Primer Coat)
6. Bake
7. Powder Coating (Body Coat)
8. Bake
9. Powder Coating (Clear Coat)

It was actually a chrome base coat, candy red and then clear
Then put on a car with a sticker on the window that says who the owner is.
I wouldn’t call it acid more of a stripper.
And finally after some baking, you eat.
