tipp: When you apply the powder to the workpiece you must wearing a respirator Mask. Or you build a Metal Construktion with fume extractor for applying the Powder.
Thank you for the feedback and concern! Some times we need not to ignore those things. Its an open space but we should be always cautious. Do you agree?
Yes!!! This!! I worked in powder coating for several years and I can tell you that you most definitely want to ALWAYS wear a respirator or at least a mask of some sort to filter out the particles. You will regret not wearing one after just a few times of spraying that coating without one. Makes your lungs feel like they are full of cement and will be coughing up a funky, nasty rainbow of garbage for days.
Great job making the oven, that's a lot of work! It is up to you but it would also be worth making a water table for the plasma CNC, and a spray booth, to reduce smoke and dust in the workshop
That was slick at the end with the pizza... love it!!! 😂😂😂 As always, love how you come up with ways to do projects "in house" like this for parts!! ❤❤❤
Superb job as always. Love all the finer details going into this. Lots of thought and rethinking that goes on that is overlooked on these amazing videos. 200 degrees Celsius is definitely plenty hot. Bravo 👏
This is INCREDIBLE! The razor sharp focus, the jump cuts and the slow pans all keep my interest while I watch you create really useful things! OK, not gonna lie, I was dancing while I watched most of this. Incredibly entertaining! You just earned another subscriber!
I have say that you have the most incredible skills for fabricating and then machining it into life!! I watch everything you do when it comes to your machine work, and it’s incredible and also not easy. I’m sure you made some mistakes and edited it out but that’s okay because in the end it all went together perfectly and worked perfectly!! God Bless my friend, JUST KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!
I clicked on this video before I read the caption, thought we were build a bullet proof safe room. Incredible job and probably a much higher quality oven setup then you could ever order off of the internet. Sick video
*Well done.* Whether complex or basic, your designs/builds always turn out fantastic. I'm curious about 2 things: 1] is the temp level uniform from top to bottom using just one element-[does it even matter at such low temps]? 2] is it better to hang parts at the top when you only have a few parts or is closer to the element at the bottom better?
I can smell that the "Make it Extreme" welding table will be made somewhere in the future. You've made so many shop tools that I feel the proper welding table is inevitable.
hi guys, great job! THANKS . little tip, your riveter is not properly adjusted. the rivet should break in one go and not in two as seen in the video. you must disassemble the nose and move the adjustment screw back 1 or 2 mm.
Very nice oven build. It must weigh a couple ton! LOL! Glad I found your channel many years ago because it's very interesting and has great interesting builds. You need to wear a mask and safety glasses (not just on the top of your head) when powder coating. Just FYI. Thank for the video.
18:42 me: "Im feeling this green theme in the garage. no one goes with green. I wonder what inspired his color choice." 18:44 me: **squints eyes glancing over to the background** nope that's not it. 18:55 me: ahh THERE IT IS.
Thanks for the share! was it a deliberate choice to not include the wiring of the coils and blower, and installation of the temperature control? that information would have been very helpful.
It looks like if there is any dirt at all on the floor, it will be stuck to your part before its all said and done. that fan set up is awesome but it looks like its blowing a lot of air and may stir contamination from the floor. How much of an issue has this been and did you make any adjustments to remedy that situation?
The same design will work for a pressure cabin, mobile shower or even a bank vault... 😂 And yes, I noticed the run time of the video matched the pizza cooking time! 😂
Very cool build! The separating shelf is a nice touch! But WHY ARE YOU NOT WEARING A RESPIRATOR when you spread that powder in the whole shop?! Be safe!
I've designed and built two PC ovens, and yours incorporates some good ideas from both, but there is no need for a window at all, you put things in and you take them out later, nothing to see and heat leak point, the door should have a handle really but I'll let that slide, insulation was a bit over the top, not sure painting the inside was a good idea, I brought ours up to temp and powder coated it with hi-temp powder, not issues with it flaking and dropping onto coated parts, best powder is polyurethane NOT EPOXY and you must wear a mask as it is carcinogenic, for a better finish by far and to get around faraday cage problems on complicated shaped parts it's better to pre-heat parts before coating, you just need to ensure you don't overcoat them, especially wheels if pre heated as the powder can flow to the bottom and throw the balance way off, your wheels didn't look as if they had coated very well where the center meets the rims, pre-heat to avoid those as recoating is a real pain Another design uses oven elements on the back wall in a circular fashion with a low-speed fan in the center, with a cover over them. our ovens were about six times the size of that at least and we had no hot or cold spots worth mentioning, great build quality though as usual.
Guys, very cool project! For the next one you should consider making a spray booth, be careful about breathing in that powder, it will screw up your lungs bad!
Hola amigos EXCELENTE su trabajo, pero deberían usar máscaras, y fabriquen el aspirador es otra cabina donde puedes pintar, saludos desde Argentina Corrientes 👍🏻🇦🇷👏👏😊
I also built a large vertical powder coat oven. But I put my heating elements recessed into pockets on the rear wall, because I scavenged from a double oven, and that's how it could fit. But I didn't think to add a blower fan. I'm wondering if I should add it now.
@@MakeitExtreme I'm realizing you are sucking the air through the holes, and not blowing. Yes, this makes sense to circulate the heat FROM the top to the bottom. I think this might help keep things at the very top of the oven curing too fast or over curing.
I might have missed it, if you actually ever did explain it. But can you make a video explaining what the squiggly lines of your Make it Extreme logo are and what they stand for? Thanks much, I enjoy your content and am subscribed and always "LIKE" every video.

I was thinking the same thing! They should be wearing a respirator mask when powder coating anything in the shop! WAKE UP CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, it looks really unhealthy!
Thank you for the feedback and concern! Some times we need not to ignore those things. Its an open space but we should be always cautious. Do you agree?
😂 amatures.. They don't wear anything because they are Pro's! also channel call's Extreme so everything is perfect 👍 Thanks for your work.

Absolutely not. Fumes are the best.
@@anttihuttula6547Yooo... Fume gang!
What is wrong with you? Can't you see they are enjoying all of those amazing fumes.
That was slick at the end with the pizza... love it!!! 😂😂😂
As always, love how you come up with ways to do projects "in house" like this for parts!! ❤❤❤
I sure hope they didn't eat that pizza. Powder coating ovens emit toxic chemicals after initial use.
Glad you liked it!!

They made forced air circulation from top to bottom and heaters at very bottom of the oven so the temperature will be even at all volume.
@@zlozlo3935 // The circulating fan design made sense to me, but I was still curious as to its effectiveness in such a large area. Thanks.
This is the first of your videos for me! I'm hooked. Awesome.
Now you can make a powder room for the poder aplying and with an exterior exaust...good job
Next episode is Make it Extreme Powder Coating booth because powder gets into everything, lol... Amazing work!
Brilliant work, guys! It looks menacing!!! 😃
Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊
Like always great project and high quality build the oven looks awesome 🔥

They built that nice sisors lift table Ages ago, but it was outside.
A super huge and massive Project !!

Powder coating is a superior way to colorize and protect parts.
in the minute 18... how did you guys make a powder hoven look that epic hahahah can't believe it ❤ great job! love the channel

Отличная работа 👍👍
well, it won't be falling apart any time soon! 😄 very nice build, amazing video.
Awesome build. Excellent video. Nice work!! 🤘😎
Great Job as usual Fellas!
ALWAYS ONE OF THE BEST.
The only thing the oven lacks is a timer with a buzzer and/or warning light to tell you the baking time is up.

You guys are awesome!
I would put on the middle instead of silly light a slow rotating hook -so that you can hook the parts and cure them better from all sides.
A great video and a really great oven too well done, I will have a cuppa and watch your video again very interesting.
profissionais de primeiríssima linha! Parabéns.
