Weekly Operation: Nueve de Julio in Newport

This week we will feature the Argentina Light Cruiser formally known as Boise, the Nueve de Julio, in the former tier 6 only operation Defense of Naval Station Newport. I would be interested in a video discussing which high-tier ships might be good in Operations if they were expanded to include T9-10. At those tiers, I only maintain 8-9 ships, partly because of how expensive it is to run them without premium time, etc. But I would get more if I knew I could use them in Ops.
Especially coal/steel/RB ships, as those obviously require some long-term investing for the average player.
