Sanket Bhaiya, you came in a very good time in 2022. When I came, in mid 22, rent was too high. Now standalone fully furnished costs around 18-20k if near office (Bagmane Tech Park).

U can settle with family also. If your parents are ok to move to a whole new city . U can assume that the only major variable will be rent. Else everything should within similar figure as you would have lived alone.

Nah, i am a local and the bill isn't zero. My bill ranges from 190 to 220, so when its below 200 there will be deductions due to scheme and bill is around 500 and when its above 200 the bill is 1600+.
They increased the price per unit to 7. Earlier form above 200 unit the bill would be 700 now its 1700
