In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. This is one of the best talks!! This information is so important. Listening to my intuition has literally saved my life. I wish I knew this information earlier in life and make sure to teach my children how to use their intuition.
I use this technique for all major decisions.
Shift out of the head, and focus on the area around your heart. Keep your attention there for at least ten seconds. Continue to breathe normally.
Recall a positive time or feeling you had in your life, and attempt to re-experience it. Remember, try not simply to visualize it, but rather to feel it fully.
Ask a question from the heart: "What can I do in this situation to make it different?" or "What can I do to minimize stress?"
Listen to the response of your heart.

intuition is faster version of desision making based on your experience. if you dont have experience, dont trust your gut. Your gut needs data,muscle memory to deside from.
Struggling here because I've never made a decision like the one she describes in the beginning.
