I wish I saw this before I watched it, in a way, but I didn't mind the full clip at all. Everything seemed ideal for me, as far as there being a husband and wife, and the wife is filming it. It was an amazing moment and I'm glad they caught the whole situation, sticks and all. Their lives could've changed, their whole family's lives could've changed in an instant. It trips me out more to see a loved one recording vs a hiker doing a self shot encounter.
Interesting video. I enjoyed it. But, could we please stop with the dumb clickbait "what happens next is Amazing!!" headlines? I'm so tired of people doing that. The mountain lion reacted exactly the way you'd expect it to: it ran away. It was not "amazing!"
OK, it was nice that you let the cougar to go..... But what would you have done if you had a fox in the trap? Would you let it go too??? I hope you would, but then again why capture it in the first place? Please explain. Thanks!
Justin Casey Thank you! but i still don't understand why capture it in the first place...? if i captured a fox i would try to tame it for a pet, since i love them so much lol.
Monica Listodos My husband grew up trapping for fur etc... He has always been a hunter and an outdoorsman. I on the other hand, am a "lover not a fighter"..lol! So he still hunts, but no longer traps using traditional (painful and inhumane) methods. So this was a great compromise between he and myself to allow our boys the experience of trapping something (without mutilating its limbs) and then releasing the animal. They get to see the animal up close, my husband teaches them about what he knows about the animal and then bon voyage, away they go. People have said that this causes the animal an undo amount of stress, but animals as well as humans experience stress of all kinds on a daily basis...and somehow we all make it out alive and emotionally ok. I would rather have my kids see animals that are briefly held in a trap and released as opposed to living their life forever in captive at a zoo. Just food for thought :)
Justin Casey Thank you so much for your explanation. I feel a lot better now! God bless, and keep those wonderful animals safe and free! Thank you again! cheers!
I'm thankful that you have encouraged your kids to do live trapping with no injury so the animal is releasable. I just hope they don't do it for a hobby, but save the skill for when it is needed.
+diane9247 Lol so many people are like "Omg thats so bad why do you have a trap anyway???" And they're more worried about the animals life, something that cant even talk, over the humans life.
+Amy p I'd be worried for the human if he was trapped by the lion but the human created this confrontation so nope not worried for him cause he's inhuman
Good job! Still, it seems to me the man might have devised a way to release the animal without exposing himself to so much danger. For example, by attaching a rope to the door and pulling it open from inside the car.
Ralph Dratman You're supposed to go read the commentary, then come back and explain the trap to all of us. And hopefully somewhere in your explanation you'll cover the reason the door had to be opened in such a dangerous fashion. ...'cause we're all still wondering about that. Now, Ralph, for the sake of everyone's education, we kindly ask you again: _Read the commentary up top to explain the trap please :)_
thank you. thank you for taking a chance, showing some trust. They usually know when we are trying to help. Often if they're injured they won't be able to tell but you got lucky on that. Your whole family did so well. I doubt anyone could've dine better. You were all so calm, maintained low tones, moved fluidly. Really impressive example of a family working together. Again, thank you. Every single one if these lives counts. I'm not for trapping, nor am I against it. I believe there's a proper way yo take from the life cycle of this planet. Judging from what I saw&heard, so do u both...and I'm glad you both are passing that in to your kids.
Fuck. That. I'd have done the same thing, release that beautiful creature back to the wild, but I'd be so damn terrified the entire time. The trapper makes a very good point about how many other trappers would just shoot and bury this cat instead of dealing with it like this.
It takes balls to do what this guy did, so respect points. I have no respect for people who would do otherwise though, even if i can understand why they would. If you trap and animal you have no right to kill it needlessly just because you're anxious about what it might do as you try to free it. Obviously it's best to prevent this kind of thing from happening.
Hero✩Lydragius im not an expert but couldn't he just light a fire infront of the cage with a lighter if he has one and leave the cage open, and when the fire goes out the lion could just walk out? you are risking it all catching fire in a massive blaze but im pretty sure if the fire got that bad it would just end up jumping through the fire anyway. if not then you got some bbq meat atleast
BEEFCAKE!!! ...What exactly is a fire supposed to do? It would either cause a forest fire, be too small to do anything, scare the animal and possibly make it more aggressive or, in any case, not help in any obvious way.
Hero✩Lydragius well my thinking was if you got a decent size fire it might deter the big ass cat for maybe 20 seconds, enough time for you to get in your car
It's so nice that you release the animals you trap. She is a beauty, we don't have these in England so it was nice to see. I just subscribed. Merry Christmas to you.
You're awesome for letting him/her go. I love mountain lions and occasionally find some good tracks when I'm backpacking. What state do you live in? We have a healthy population here in Colorado.
Is this Easton? :) Your coach is a little crazy like that isn't he? Lol! Great game the other night! This is Coach's wife talking to ya :) Keep up the good work on the team, it's been a great season so far!
Hey sorry Winston!! You guys are all doing great out there! Glad you told me who you were :) I hope you guys are having a good weekend! Dan is out duck hunting with the boys right now :)
I like that as he was letting the mountain lion go he took notice of how agitated he was and the first thing he thought of was his family inside the vehicle and told them to roll up their windows. That's a family man there!
What a beautiful Animal!! Kudos to this Man for releasing it!!! It is such a shame that people shoot these magnificent Animals for Sport!?! This is unthinkable to me!!! All of Mother Nature's Creatures are such an integral part of the balance of Nature and should be respected!!! ((*_*)
you can tie hay strings or wire to the rings and and bottom of the door.. then open them from the top of the cage without getting so close the the animal.. i have one of those traps too.. rolling them is hard cause they are so large.. the hay strings work perfect for me.. and don't prevent the rings from working..
Thank you for releasing the lion. Not sure any trapping is good..you can separate a mother from babies or cause so much trauma they animal dies from shock. Just leave wildlife alone and enjoy from a distance.
+Briar Lee Mitchell You are 100% correct, and I couldnt agree more. The fact he stated he is teaching his sons how to trap, rather its to release them or not, is cruel to the animal, causes stress, and shock, also injuries .They shouldnt have a trap in the first place. Why this man is trapping foxes, I could only guess. The fact he let the mountain lion go, may be because he had no use for it.Plus, he cant trap any foxes in the trap if a M. Lion is in there. Also, as the posters of this video has said, they just want to look at them? Look at them in the wild, the fox isnt around for your entertainment. If you truly enjoy their beauty, donate some money to a fox rescue.and leave wild life alone. so ^5 to you.
+Chloe Kay my step dad has a trap but it is 5 archers big and is more of a habitat he doesn't harm them he just puts camras in the trap some times animals don't even know their in it if they ar smart enof thay can get out it has a door that closes behind them if their is a animal is within 6ft of it it will not close after a animal goes in and they are not trapped if thay are smart enof that can get out it ha like a big version of a doggy door
+HX3HBK9473 Ffhhdg Jesus help you become less stupid. You know what else kills deer and elk? People. People in cars so maybe we should kill more people who drive. Jesus. You really are as dumb as shit.
+HX3HBK9473 Ffhhdg sorry why should he have killed it? So you can trophy hunt more deer and elk? Moron P. S. I think you meant to say he should 'have' killed it.
Ok I don't know if this is good/bad/illegal/whatever, but please check trap every day. A trapped animal (not killed in trap) is borderline cruel-harmed or not. Or ask wildlife people if this is ok to do-I bet not. What if there's some family emergency-you gotta leave town fer week or so-live animal stuck in cage! It is beautiful tho, but not in the cage. This animal does not want to be trapped for your entertainment.I was sad for it. If you explore the woods enough, go camping/etc...you will see things like this where they belong. It takes a while (nature is nowhere near as populated as in TVshows/zooz, but the patience pays off. And then that encounter(s) become yours forever and put a smile on your face.
+Garion Porter That trap is very rarely used. And the trap is checked MULTIPLE times...thats another reason that its so big...for "comfort". Thank you for watching the video :)
Michael B Someone has to save the wildlife before you idiots wipe everything out to extinction. Did you think that the seas had limitless fish? Do you think the forests are endless? The frontiers are all gone and we are eating and destroying too fast. I hate trappers/hunters just as much as agri-animal farmers. All bad and no longer needed. AND just causing harm. But hey-eat whatever do whatever AMERICA do what you want no one can stop you collect yer guns (2nd ammendment blah blah blah). You ride that train all the way till the end and just see where it goes. No thank you. (that guy wasn't even trapping animals for legal purposes)
This may sound kokey and sentimental, but this to me was all about good karma. This guy meant the mountain lion no harm and I believe the animals can sense this. So the big cat went free and this good man having respecteds nature and wildlife, safely returned to his wife and children. Good job and great video!
You set a trap just to look at the animal, then release it? That's just being cruel and terrifies the animal for no reason other then for your entertainment
So next time you want to open this thing safely, here's an idea: First, barricade it from the outside with a sturdy piece of wood, one end wedged into the ground (partially buried perhaps), the other side wedged into the door. That way if someone or something pushes on the door to open the piece of wood acts as a stopper. Tie a string to it so you can pull the wooden stopper away from a safe distance. Now disable the mechanical device on the trap that keeps the door from opening. Attach a second string to the door to open it from a safe distance. Go to a safe distance, pull the first string, the door can now open. Pull the second string, the door is now open.
Nothing more adorable than seeing a Father pass on to his sons the practice of tormenting and terrorizing the local wildlife. What a great Dad he must be.
+Tania Martinez No it had not been there for hours. My husband is extremely responsible and loves animals, even though he does hunt and fish. We would never torment something by leaving it in a cage. People don't understand life skills and education these days. You'd all rather cry and whine and go to your "safe space".
Omg yea! But here in usa, they are mountain lions. They dont usually go east. Especially because we have ALOT of animal control. We get fox, coyote, deer, geese, and birds! That's it! Although, I've barely seen any geese around here for the past few years. Lol i bet that's why the amount of foxes and coyote are so high! Those pack hunting carnivores are scarfen um down! XD
One more thing. Thank you all for watching this video. Profits are going to needy families of the Oglala Sioux Tribe on the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. Please share and watch this video if you like it or not because I think we can all agree on helping needy families and we are excited to do that! Thx!
It's one of those traps that when the door snaps shut, there is a small metal ring on each side that slides down and holds the door closed. He had to use sticks to slide the rings up and hold them in place. (they kept breaking) Has to be the dumbest trap design ever.
In retrospect it occurs to me that the trap is probably designed to be somewhat difficult to open so that the trapped animal cannot try various actions and eventually unlatch it and get out.
The video camera operator jumped every time the cat hissed and launched a mini strike. Pretty intense I'm sure. Panned the cat as it ran away beautifully. Very neat video.
VERY glad that that the animal wasn't hurt but why on earth would you want to stress it out so much in the first place? It must have spent hours in the trap fretting. I love wildlife but would never trap for my own entertainment.
Sarah Neko that animal is a hunter LOL. Let's see what do they eat: raccoons. coyotes, rabbit, pets, livestock, deer, elk, and occasionally a human child or a tired joggers.
Mountain lions are dangerous and strong creatures. They sometimes attack people. The guy ought to be a bit more careful. Still , kudos fro little it go free, thumbs up.
Fascinating to watch! I'm glad the lion and people were unhurt. If you only wanted to catch a fox, maybe a smaller trap would have avoided the lion's mistaken capture.
if you just like looking at animals and always release them - crazy idea, but why not just grab a pair of binoculars and go out looking for them? There really is no need to trap them to see them in the wild.
I thought that you would have some kind of pulley system to open the door with once you unlocked it, what are all those sticks for?? can't you just open the door from above?
Justin Casey I don't blame you one bit hun. These lovley animals have I think (Don't quote me on this, I might be wrong) the second highest success rate in hunting. There's a reason for this. And you were right to be afraid of losing the man you love.
+Franmom Momm Because its better than hunting them down, plus i mean, its a fox trap. I dont think anyone would ever want to kill a fox unless they had to.
+Franmom Momm usually people will create live traps so that they can see an animal up close. I have done it many times and it is a wonderful experience. I have caught lions, foxes, deer, and even a wolf.
It's very obvious that most people commenting have never actually been around a mountain lion in captivity or in the wild. The actual truth is that they act and react very similar if not identically to domestic cats. The difference is only their size. I find this to be true only of lynx, bobcat and North American panther/mountain lion. I have not observed nor experience this same behavior from tigers and lions or other large cats not native to North America although it may be true of some smaller cats in Central and South America as well. If one were to trap a feral house cat one will find that they will react in the same manner as a large cat of North America. A small portion of them will attack when released but most will simply run. Those that do attack are typically the animals that the captor has agitated by poking with a stick or those that have been tranquilized prior to the release and are still under the effects of the drug thereby causing the animal to be agitated or disoriented. The gentleman in this video was calm and did not provoke the cat or threaten it in anyway. Once the door was opened the animal did what any cat in a similar situation would do and that is run to away. Fight or flight takes over and flight is the first choice if the animal is not threatened and an easy path of escape is presented. While cats will fight to defend territory against another cat they typically will not defend their territory against non-cats unless they feel personally threatened or feel that their young are threatened. They of course will also try to protect their kill (food) from being taken by another cat or any other animal. Cats have natural reflexive responses that are triggered by certain movements. This is why trail runners or cyclist are often attacked by mountain lions. The quick jerky movements of people (especially smaller individuals) draw the attention of the large cat and they will instinctively attack what they consider to be wounded or frighted prey. It is the same reflex that you see in domestic cats when one plays with them using a feather on a string or other small toys. They all will behave in the same manner; however, a scratch or bite from a domestic cat won't necessarily require a trip to the emergency room whereas the same from a mountain lion most likely will require a stay in the hospital. It's not that domestic cats are nicer, it's simply that they are smaller and humans can put up with the occasional scratch or bite. Large cats can make great pets if you don't mind the occasional six inch gash down your arm or back that requires 120 stitches or the occasional bite that leaves a 2 inch puncture wound. This is why having a large cat as a pet is discouraged by zoo keepers and wildlife "experts." Truth be told domesticated animals are no more tame than their "wild" counterparts. They are simply smaller and acclimated at birth to accept humans as part of their family group. Being larger and stronger we are consider the leader of their family group as well. All that having been said, live trapping allowed this man to release an animal that he didn't want to harvest. Whereas a steel-jawed leg hold trap would have likely resulted in the death of this cat or at least a serious wound. While I personally would never trap or hunt any animal it is legal and he did so responsibly. I say good job sir, well done.
You are a brave and wise man- an honorable man. I know there are those who would've taken advantage of the situation, making up a story even,( of course no video), and, without a doubt, there are those who would have killed her out of fear and/or hate. The more exposure people have to positive interactions with Mountain Lions, the less negative they will be, which is where respect really comes in...and there is too little of it--especially knowing there can never be too much of it. I hope you will make more videos like this, as your kids are learning, you could be teaching others... May the Wind always be warm and at your back...The Ancient Ones Are Smiling--We All Benefit.
Sure are a lot of bashing of this guy. For all us animal lovers, stop giving this guy grief, he did a good thing. He didn't intend to trap a puma, and he was good enough and brave enough to let it go. Seems like a quality human to me, and pretty ballsy at that.
PwntsRocksU So you are telling me you have never ever made a reading mistake where you quickly read something and you are telling me you have never ever made that mistake hmmmm
That is amazing, You could see how scared she was. All she wanted to do was run away from him. If she wanted to she could have attacked him. Well done for releasing her!
That's pretty cool, good thing the cougar wanted to leave more than take a bit :) I've done some trapping for the survival training experiences. Worth the practice for sure.
Just skip ahead to 5:20 if you don't want to watch this guy breaking sticks for five minutes.
I wish I saw this before I watched it, in a way, but I didn't mind the full clip at all. Everything seemed ideal for me, as far as there being a husband and wife, and the wife is filming it. Interesting video. I enjoyed it. But, could we please stop with the dumb clickbait "what happens next is Amazing!!" headlines? I'm so tired of people doing that. The mountain lion reacted exactly the way you'd expect it to: it ran away. It was not "amazing!"
It's clickbait - pure and simple. "What happens next is amazing"! No, it wasn't. What happened was perfectly ordinary and just what you would expect.
What a gorgeous mountain lion!!!... I'm so glad she got free, - without the man being mauled!!!
Suzanne La Force ikr
Finally a 'what happens next is amazing' video actually worth watching. Justin Casey, you sir are restoring the faith.
How wonderful... You let nature live. God bless you!!
She is beautiful! Cougars are so pretty. They have such pretty eyes. Good job letting a fellow hunter go! I hope she survives the winter too!
If it's that complicated to open the door, perhaps you should redesign it.
+Rebecca Glass I think finding a way to hold it open without standing there may have been the hard part.
He's trying to open it without getting eaten afterwards
Absolutely awesome! What a wonderful guy for not hurting that beautiful animal!
OK, it was nice that you let the cougar to go..... But what would you have done if you had a fox in the trap? Would you let it go too??? I hope you would, but then again why capture it in the first place? Please explain. Thanks!

That could have gone all kinds of wrong. Glad to see it released with no harm to man or animal!
+diane9247 Lol so many people are like "Omg thats so bad why do you have a trap anyway???" And they're more worried about the animals life, something that cant even talk, over the humans life.
Im glad you care for both ^u^
+Amy p Well, Amy, many days I care more about the animals. Just sayin' ; o
+Amy p I'd be worried for the human if he was trapped by the lion but the human created this confrontation so nope not worried for him cause he's inhuman
+Amy p animals can and do talk, just because you can't understand their language doesn't mean they don't have one.
the most beautiful part was watching her go back into the forest.....she was like lemme make sure this jerk is gone first..lmao
Good job! Still, it seems to me the man might have devised a way to release the animal without exposing himself to so much danger. For example, by attaching a rope to the door and pulling it open from inside the car.

So proud somebody did the responsible thing instead of just shooting it. Love you guys
Jodice Edwards Right back at you, beautiful animal right?
That is amazing, beautiful glad your husband is ok

was not sure whether he was trying to free her or get enough kindling the heat his house for the winter
What a beautiful cat! Her tail was so long and gorgeous. I'm glad she's running free again. Please don't shoot these creatures for sport.
Katherine Uribe Yes she was stunning!
This guy is my football coach! No joke

john harris Thanks for the comment. Beautiful animals aren't they?
Every time the camera refocused and made a "bzzh" sound it was like a jump scare.. Really happy video though.. Glad you released him/her
I think the man and wife did an excellent job!! Would make an excellent documention video!!
That was cool and Mister you've got quite the cajones!
Absolutely awesome and brave of you to release the beautiful mountain lion without harming it in any way!
The mountain lion was so scared. I'm glad she got away safely.
it looks like an other cat in the background watching him u see it half way through the video over his right shoulder.
Damn, give that kitty a ball or stuffed animal to play with....it looks like Meow-switchz in there!
Beautiful animal... I am a hunter but only hunt what I Eat... I don't eat Cougars so I just watch them... Glad she did not turn and attack you.

You are totally insane, Sir--and I like that about you. Absolutely the coolest thing I have EVER seen!
Cougars are gorgeous animals. Hope it makes it through the season.
I felt like the entire time I was watching this, I was holding my breath lol. She's gorgeous and glad the release went smoothly.
So what DID happen next?
WOW! Nice kitty!
You are awesome for letting it go! :) God bless you.

World needs more pussies, and less of ...(gestures towards you) -that.
That cat wasn't caught deliberately. She was a surprise.
Michael B lol ya break the law because its your land its ok?? Uh yeah ok then :D
It's not meant for a mountain lion, that is why he released it...
So next time you want to open this thing safely, here's an idea:
First, barricade it from the outside with a sturdy piece of wood, one end wedged into the ground (partially buried perhaps), the other side wedged into the door.
Awwwww thank you SO SO SO SO SO much for not hurting him/killing him (if you could) Thankyou so much!
Nothing more adorable than seeing a Father pass on to his sons the practice of tormenting and terrorizing the local wildlife. What a great Dad he must be.
I do not see the amazing thing, it was obvius that the lion was going to run , it was too afraid to attack , probably it had been there for hours ....
+Tania Martinez No it had not been there for hours. My husband is extremely responsible and loves animals, even though he does hunt and fish. We would never torment something by leaving it in a cage. People don't understand life skills and education these days. You'd all rather cry and whine and go to your "safe space".
Live trapping a mountain lion is unusually rare I would think.Putting it an amazing category in and of itself.
You tell 'em hahaha
Jet Stream In Florida they are called Panthers.
bis225
No matter what you call it.A 100-200 pound cat is nothing you want to tangle with when riled.
Your wife's sneezes startled me. Each one of them.
youtube videos that have clickbait titles are the worst.
+KaedinKane Gotta make that dollar thirty nine though.
I remember live trapping when I was a kid. Good clean fun for the whole family.
And I have americans telling me australia is a dangerous place. I'll stick to the occasional deadly snake thanks.

Good strong Scottish surname, you've got there. Clarior Hinc Honos.
XD
Link Knight Mountain Lions are not really dangerous! They keep away from people at all costs, most all of the time.
Wow! what great shots of a truly beautiful animal! So grateful she wasn't hurt.
how long does it take to open a damn trap
thank you for your help and not hurting this magnificent animal
cool that's wonderful you didn't kill the mountain lion!
Thank you for letting her go. Blessings to you.
One more thing. Thank you all for watching this video. Profits are going to needy families of the Oglala Sioux Tribe on the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. Please share and watch this video if you like it or not because I think we can all agree on helping needy families and we are excited to do that! Thx!
Gorgeous Cat
what the heck is he playing with sticks for?
It's one of those traps that when the door snaps shut, there is a small metal ring on each side that slides down and holds the door closed. He had to use sticks to slide the rings up and hold them in place. (they kept breaking) Has to be the dumbest trap design ever.
In retrospect it occurs to me that the trap is probably designed to be somewhat difficult to open so that the trapped animal cannot try various actions and eventually unlatch it and get out.
What is taking so long to open it?
julie beal To avoid getting eaten?
The video camera operator jumped every time the cat hissed and launched a mini strike. Pretty intense I'm sure. Panned the cat as it ran away beautifully. Very neat video.
Mightiflier Thank you for the positive feedback!
VERY glad that that the animal wasn't hurt but why on earth would you want to stress it out so much in the first place? It must have spent hours in the trap fretting. I love wildlife but would never trap for my own entertainment.
Getting the lion was unintentional, it was meant for fox.
That's a beautiful Puma or Mountain Cat. I hope she stays safe and away from traps. Good job.. 😺
Magical Bevanna Beautiful and better in "real life". Thank you for the positive feedback!
Hunting for fun is disgusting. Hopefully this beautiful creature does not get shot.
Sarah Neko that animal is a hunter LOL. Let's see what do they eat: raccoons. coyotes, rabbit, pets, livestock, deer, elk, and occasionally a human child or a tired joggers.
So what? This has nothing to do with what I have just said.
It's a bit of a misleading title,I'm glad you let it go and didn't shoot it,that was amazing.
Mountain lions are dangerous and strong creatures. They sometimes attack people. The guy ought to be a bit more careful. Still , kudos fro little it go free, thumbs up.
Nice looking cat. I had three for friends many yrs ago.
the next video will be "how to ""amazingly"" open a live trap with 1 arm, 3 fingers, and 1 eye..."
Thank you for releasing a beautiful scared animal.
a smart guy would put a hook on the end of a long piece of rope, and pull it while indoors or far away.
There really is no need to trap them to see them in the wild.
oh, and well done for releasing it regardless, a lot of people wouldn't.
minchy79 Can't see them with binoculars. They are very elusive animals and again, it wasn't our intent to trap a lion :)
I thought that you would have some kind of pulley system to open the door with once you unlocked it, what are all those sticks for?? can't you just open the door from above?
big cat and good video . next time let the kid hold the camera , hopefully he won't be as jumpy as mom :)
How was she jumpy?
DIR911911 I was scared shi*less my friend and yes, the kids probably would have been a better optione! No fun watching your husband face danger.
Justin Casey I don't blame you one bit hun. These lovley animals have I think (Don't quote me on this, I might be wrong) the second highest success rate in hunting.
There's a reason for this. And you were right to be afraid of losing the man you love.
13wolfy13 You are right, that cat could have easily killed any unarmed human.
How hard is it to open a trap ?
Why are you trapping animals in the first place?
+Franmom Momm Because its better than hunting them down, plus i mean, its a fox trap. I dont think anyone would ever want to kill a fox unless they had to.
Pericles of Athens LOL...I'm not black
+Franmom Momm Thta's the real question isn't it? This is what white ignorance looks like.
+Franmom Momm usually people will create live traps so that they can see an animal up close. I have done it many times and it is a wonderful experience. I have caught lions, foxes, deer, and even a wolf.
+Pericles of Athens change your moniker you're no Pericles you insult my heritage
Amazing. Simply amazing. The most amazing thing I have ever seen in this amazing life.
Enjoyed viewing your vid after seeing it mentioned in Rapid Journal. Great leaning experience.
Whew! Everybody safe and sound and the beautiful mountain lion bolts speedily to freedom! :)
Why in heavens name would anyone trap animals and put them through all that stress just to look at them.
How would you feel if it were done to you????
Sure are a lot of bashing of this guy. For all us animal lovers, stop giving this guy grief, he did a good thing. He didn't intend to trap a puma, and he was good enough and brave enough to let it go. Seems like a quality human to me, and pretty ballsy at that.
Why would anybody want to trap something then release it?
Why not make hook tie to ring when u lift ring up and hook to rod on top . I made 2 hook
So what was the amazing thing that happened?
+Pillip Wright Wright ...the dude did'nt get jacked up hahaah
+MrBubbahunt9 DAMMIT i thought u said did so i kept watching wasted minutes of my life UGHHHHHHHHHHH
+Tom Salty that's why you need to become literate.
PwntsRocksU So you are telling me you have never ever made a reading mistake where you quickly read something and you are telling me you have never ever made that mistake hmmmm
Tom Salty
Tom Salty you really are salty!
That is amazing, You could see how scared she was. All she wanted to do was run away from him. If she wanted to she could have attacked him. Well done for releasing her!
LilPinkPoodle7 Thank you for the positive feedback!
Could be edited down to 30 seconds.
0prahTV Yep it sure could have been. Still seems to be getting viewed though. Maybe people are fast forwarding it? ;)
what a beautiful animal, glad she was ok
I kept waiting for the amazing part.never happened.
That's pretty cool, good thing the cougar wanted to leave more than take a bit :) I've done some trapping for the survival training experiences. Worth the practice for sure.
