@ront2424 Unfortunately, my friend let "friends" stay there who then invited their friends who wouldn't leave. So the friends cut off the power, but then nobody could get the friends of the friends to go who then became squatters. Nightmare!
@@travelgirl747 a few other friends could have escorted them out, if you know what I mean
13:39 After as long as she was there I wouldn't be worrying about my couches being missing, I'd buy everything new.
Imaging barricading yourself in the place you claim a right to stay.
Alex must report the Physiotherapist lady to the board of health since she was running a practice out if the flat, its definitely grounds for a disciplinary.
Why are people so entitled?
At least you can get a court hearing in less than 5 months in the UK. Here in Canada it takes up to 2 years to get a court hearing and you keep losing money until then. It’s insane.
We are all doomed
If I own a building and I’ve left it empty for a period of time and people have taken upon themselves to break and enter and live in there, I will be moving in myself. Therefore, these people will have to get out of my building whether through a door or a window I don’t care how to
NOW😡😡😡😡❤️🔥🇺🇸
Used to own rentals with my wife. Learned a pretty neat trick. Most of these renters have a car or bike or some form of transportation. Had one renter I stole a trailer they used to collect scrap metal. They moved out. The other problem renter. I called from a burner phone. “ Told them to pay me
Or I will F up their car and kids bikes” They paid up.
I found the easiest way to remove them was to pay them a visit and explain things if you understand...no problem.
I dont understand dthese housing laws I also dont understand why people keep letting these idiots rent their flats(do some vetting on these tenants before they move in(social media is quite usefull)
Or stop buying up properties for "investments" and then cry when he "market" doesn't go your way.
The entitlement of these free-loaders is something else, one "lady" sounded well educated enough to be working but I guess she feels she doesn't need to work and society should feel privileged providing for her.
23:20 They're not some people down on their luck. They're entitled brats looking for a free ride.
They should try this in West Texas
35:11 I would love to see inside one of these lovely homes, they are beautiful!!!
Could I occupy a campervan that's been sitting on the side of the road unused? And drive it around? Or go steal someone's hoilday home when they're away? Crazy laws 😮
Unbelievable. Can’t even imagine how this is ok and landlords are not protected. I will never rent out a property. Why are laws not in place by now to speed up the process of eviction?
If you have a commercial property, that you gonna teardown. Just make it unlivable !
Make sure you give tenants rent receipts and of course keep a record 👍
Too bad squatters have more rights than homeowners
That's why there are hardly any rentals nyc available...no one wants to rent out their place
British law should allow eviction with a court order if tenets haven't paid rent without causing the landlord massive payment to lawyers .This is absolutely horrendous.
@32:55 in MY HOME??!!
"Axxx and b`aseball bat", see emergency e`vacuation..
great show
Every landlord has a story to tell i have no sympathy for the squatters
The government should differentiate between an individual vs a corporation renting a space out and expedite individuals giving them priority to protect them.
HIM: ingrained rooting hog!!!
ME: ooo-ooo-ooo...hurt MY FEELINGS...
Is the law is on the side of the lawless They should go to jail!!
Prisons are full, cops ordered not to arrest that leads to jail. Order from the top.
Genuine people suffer with such people.
Secure the building so they cannot get back in. Man on roof block his entry.
Exactly why I won’t rent to people😤. I’d make a dog and cats house from my properties FIRST😏. FOH. MADNESS. AUDACITY😒
ppl tear up your stuff too
When you rent to someone who wants to know if rhey can park their camels in the back yard, think twice before renting to them.
Australia got the same problem ,not enough housing and rents have double 😞
Sydney sider here, agreed it's getting unbearable 😭
Same in Melbourne
No Australia has a serious problem with extremely high immigration
Squatters in australia? Which suburb are we talking about b'meadows?
@@Vmr48765 In Australia criminals are protected so squatters can steal any house they want
