Which county is this community? We have been looking in Howard and were debating Hudson or Columbia model. Also, basement bathroom to get it done while building the home or later with contractors? Which is the cheaper option?
Hi Deepak! This is Harford County. I was also trying to decide if I wanted the Hudson or Columbia model and went with the Columbia because of the large master closet in the Columbia. I would definitely recommend to get the bathroom in the basement done while building. I think it’s a lot of extra work to get it done later. I’m not sure if it’s that much cheaper
