- Reacting to my A Level results 2017! I got three A*s, in English Literature, History and Politics A Level, as well as an A in my EPQ, and will be studying for an English Literature undergraduate degree at Durham University in October - AHHHHHHHH!!!! Genuinely in so much shock right now as I never expected this in a million years. Thanks so much for always believing in me, even when I didn't.

I honestly cried watching this because my teacher yeld at me that im literally nothing without her and that I need her and that she doesn't need me and that honestly brought me down so freaking hard. I've been getting bad grades sins but im trying to get back on track and I have GCSES to do next month i wasn't motivated at all because I feel worthless. But when you said I can do it through it all, it really motivated me. You believe in such people and i, from my heart am so grateful for you saying that❤

I would like to say that sixth forms/colleges don't release the UMS for each module with linear subjects. You can ring your sixth form or ask your exams office. I did this and it really helped to clarify how I attained my grades.

Wonderful to hear. You wouldn't believe how many of these videos I see where the students remarks that they've got these grades in spite of their 'terrible' teacher, or they haven't done well 'because my teacher hates me'. It's very sad given how hard teaching it. I'm sure you'll do brilliantly at Durham. Enjoy what remains of your summer!

Last summer I decided to take the last two years in school on my own for one year, so that I can graduate early and go to university in september, and I was just starting to lose motivation, when I clicked on this video, and honestly, it was the best thing to watch right now, so thank you so much, Jack!

I needed that speech at the end, I got my results back from an English mock, and I was so disappointed with myself for getting a 4, but that one bad grade, will make me try even harder for the future
