Andris, you are what we in Texas call a “bear” for maintenance. Because of your influence I was motivated to change the oil in my Chinese portable generator. It was black. I realized that I had never changed it in five years. Boo! To access the drain plug requires a 10mm socket on the end of a long extension because it is way inside the housing. When the oil drains it drools down to a hole in the bottom of the housing. Stupid! After five years of production the Chinese engineers finally decided to add a flexible drain hose which extends outside the housing. Talk about “chinesium”. Thank you for the motivation and entertainment.
Nice job on the concrete prep , When we pour concrete instead of leveling screed boards, We drive pointed 2x4 stakes 2 inches below grade with nails driven in the top to form a Y then a 2 inch O.D pipe is placed on top of the stakes for a level screed, Then once we pour and level past the pipe the pipe is removed and moved to the next section and we shovel concrete into the empty space left by the removed pipe and leveled with a trowel, Then the whole pad is one continuous pour, We then saw a grove every 14 feet for a control crack, Love watching you're videos.

Ants, holy frig, you win the hardest working man award. C8- C10 concrete is not very strong for load bearing salt resistance concrete. Might be fine for the saw mill. We would use C35 or 35 Mpa. Yup, friggin expensive, $265 per CM plus tax here. Concrete plants are close by. We would spend alot more time leveling the gravels to be compacted level, form ready. Another trick, we use a 6 foot I beam on the excavator thumb for leveling gravels, saves a ton of time. Great project, look forward to seeing the finished saw and the saw mill working.

Have a great weekend mate…….
gaz 53 costs ~1k-2k euro cut in half and welded trailer frame tongue cost 32k ? 😂😂😂😂😂already converted such trailers cost from 750e to 1500e and can carry 7-10t
@@grazvydaspetrovas2448 Yes. You are correct. I will try to explain the joke. 👍 I'm having fun when I said that. It is something people joke around because most of the time it cost more to build stuff the way you want it to be. Most of the time people buy things and have to pick and choose what they are willing sacrifice, buying something off the self is NOT custom built for you.
Just think if you hadn't built that trailer you wouldn't have been able to do half of what you've done, it and the blue tractor have been a real work horse. You should be really proud of what you've achieved. That pad looks really good, when you're finished with the wood shed you won't know yourself, it will be really posh. 👍
So many cool things this video! I’ve been wanting to do some of my own concrete aswell, so thanks for respawning that idea. The only way better I can figure is to make your own mixer that is large enough to use the bobcat bucket to pour each piece of the mix in. Instead of counting shovels, you do buckets😂 I want to try it that way. The only other thing is finding a cheaper way to get ahold of the cement itself. I’ve been going to contact the plant itself for some of that maybe. Im super interested in the soil sifter plant!!!!
Love it when Ants says “Well I’m almost going to wrap it up now…” and there’s still another half hour to go 😂. Thanks Mr Pants! Cheers 🇦🇺

I love your videos my son and I look forward to your videos I wished we could help in a small way but we really on a limited income love you and your family.
No problem mate. Glad you like the content. That's what matters
A thumbs up for the video and a few words for the algorithm.
I expected you would have reached 100K subbies by now. 😐
Maybe next year

Another great video Andris, i always respect your work ethic, have a relaxing weekend mate.
Thanks, you too!
Whoop whoop 🎉🎉🎉
Your nieces turn your form work into hopscotch, me it’s too hard and I walk around, oh to be young again. Great vlog Andris as always my friend, only one thing, nobody, not even your neighbour, works harder than you. That was a huge cement pad to pour, let alone by yourself so kudos mate, big effort. Have a great weekend mate…….
😊 thank you
Hello, you can make a very strong and good trailer from a GAZ53 truck, there are a lot of such self-made trailers in Lithuania.
Why buy a 10k€ trailer when you can spend 32k€ and 6 months building your own. hahaha
gaz 53 costs ~1k-2k euro cut in half and welded trailer frame tongue cost 32k ? 😂😂😂😂😂already converted such trailers cost from 750e to 1500e and can carry 7-10t
@@grazvydaspetrovas2448 Yes. You are correct. I will try to explain the joke. 👍
I'm having fun when I said that. It is something people joke around because most of the time it cost more to build stuff the way you want it to be. Most of the time people buy things and have to pick and choose what they are willing sacrifice, buying something off the self is NOT custom built for you.
Yea here too
Dumping a load then a quickie? Ants living the dream :D
Haha
Love your content man :p are the tracks on your excavator looking kinda loose since you repaired it last time?
Yes, it is
Just think if you hadn't built that trailer you wouldn't have been able to do half of what you've done, it and the blue tractor have been a real work horse. You should be really proud of what you've achieved. That pad looks really good, when you're finished with the wood shed you won't know yourself, it will be really posh. 👍
Very true! I will give some love to the trailer soon
Yeehah! 💪🤠 First!
thx for the video, always entertaining... enjoy your weekend!
Thanks, you too!
Time to buy Estonian cement futures has passed by.
Lol
So many cool things this video!
I’ve been wanting to do some of my own concrete aswell, so thanks for respawning that idea. The only way better I can figure is to make your own mixer that is large enough to use the bobcat bucket to pour each piece of the mix in. Instead of counting shovels, you do buckets😂 I want to try it that way.
The only other thing is finding a cheaper way to get ahold of the cement itself. I’ve been going to contact the plant itself for some of that maybe.
Im super interested in the soil sifter plant!!!!
Yeh i guess that's also a good idea
Hey,dude?! U rely should fix that Excavators thumb to cylinder model.. that solid bar is always on ur way.. or what?
Not really i havent2 taken it off for a long time
That pad turned out very nice!
