- This is my journey to the 2023 Zenith Aircraft Homecoming in Mexico, MO. I flew the Blue Angels Cruzer there with a 20 kt headwind there, and a 10 kt headwind back, but it was a fun flight.
The best part of the homecoming is the the people. If you haven't been to a Zenith homecoming event yet, please try to attend next year!

It was a pleasure meeting you. I look forward to seeing you again next year.
Great video! Love the TY and Leroy music!
Keep practicing with those Clecoes. Nice drone footage
Thanks for sharing.
You should talk about safety and drone operation at airports.. good show keep this up 👍
Didn't know that you like " Klezmer" music. Cool video as always.
Mark was great to meet you and your plane looks even better in person! Was a really good turnout and definitely recommend going. You’ll learn a lot from the workshops, vendors and especially other builders.
Very cool video, thanks for sharing!
Great stuff...I have watched a ton of videos flying the cruiser..always enjoy it when u give power settings. Cruise speeds and stuff..great job..
Cant wait for some superduty adventures now! Excellent video, looking forward to the future.
It was nice to meet you at homecoming. Great video, as always! Really appreciate all you do. I’ve learned a ton over the years!
Mark, I went to school and law school at Valparaiso University! That was a long time ago. Safe flight.
Like the klezmer music! Love your videos
Nice video! I think you would have won the cleco competition if you hadn't stopped to deburr and prime the holes first! Lol!!
Lol!!!
Funniest comment yet!
Absolute Pure Americana. Love this and love the green Jeep and Zenith.
The "Gecko Green" Jeep belongs to Sebastien, the CEO of Zenith and the matching 750 STOL is mine, N750A. Each year we display them together as not only are the colors an exact match, the company's nickname for the STOL is the "Sky Jeep!" 11+ years and 800 hrs and still grinning!
Great to see you again Mark! And yes, that was me wiping my wing while it was still raining.... Finished getting all the water spots off my plane today. But attending this event was well worth it! To anyone interested in building a Zenith, you really need to attend!
I’m already looking forward to next year!
Hey Clint, it was great to see you again this year! Glad you had a safe flight home!
@WillysPerformanceCycleCtr it was great to see you too! The green 750 has become an icon at the event, beautiful airplane! See you next year!
Neat video! Thanks Mark for sharing this special event.
Great video! Thanks for posting.
This was my first visit to the Zenith Factory, and it was great. Lots of great airplanes, discussions, and information. It's a little sad that they had to cancel the STOL flying due to the weather.
Anyhow, there was a bluish plane, and I was particularly interested in the paint job and the polished landing gear. Amazing paint job, which in reality, looks even more impressive.
I grew up and learned to fly at KAAA, and was a member of the Heritage in Flight Museum (HIF) there for quite a few years. Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice video Mark...felt like I was there!
Love your videos, P.S. keep your eyes open for a downed F35, they lost one yesterday.
The dude on the left with the long white beard looks like he might be an aged version of Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top fame or one of the Smith Brothers (from the cough drops package).
Mark, I’m building a Super Duty… thanks so much for your videos. You mention in one of the vids that your horizontal stabilizer fairings have been scanned in and will be available in the future. Are these the ones currently available or will they be a future improvement? Also are you going to do a fairing on the wing fuselage connection area? If so will this be available in the future? Thx again!
They will be available sometime in the future.
Im torn between a high wing or low...I love your cruiser. Would be my pick i think..im kinda after a good useful load. My family and friends are 250 and 260 range. Im 160lbs...so maybe super duty is what im after...question for you..are stats I read online accurate?..what is useful load on your cruiser?..same as I read ..do you have a preference low wing or high wing?...thanks...
Mark, do you pack a small ladder to dip your tanks in the field? I have a ‘59 172 with no steps so travel with a 3ft ladder.
How tall are you? Im 6-2 and interested in this plane but havent sat in one yet!
I'm 6'1". You will fit just fine.
You should talk about safety and drone operation at airports.. good show keep this up 👍
