Every since I've been listening to Victor and taking notes, I've been implementing a lot of his suggestions. And I have seen and experienced a huge difference in my sales career. I mean a HUGE difference in my approach and attitude. I love listen to his short to the point cast. Thanks Victor!
What did u do? Tell me more about that Why is that? How did it make u feel? How did u adjust? What was ur initial reaction? How did you push through mentally? How did that change you? How has that impacted your situation? What was going through your head at the time? What impacted did it have on you? What did you have to do?
My only fear with these is, depending on your client, they can take you so far from the sale that you end up becoming their therapist like you said in the video. Then you've invested so much in their story it becomes difficult to cut them off or changing the subject. I like the emotional angle but I would try to keep it as close to straight line selling as possible. And when you get them to answer one of the emotional questions, acknowledge what they said and bring them right back to taking steps closer to the sale. Like you said in a previous video be authentic and sometimes these questions will work without basically leading them too far. With that being said I did take notes and will implement them with caution =) Thanks again Victor!
Exceptional point...you don't want to move into therapy zone :-) In selling, the 'art' of it is knowing when to stop asking and start guiding them towards a decision! Great point Garvens! VA
Victor,I do retail selling electrical product.Whenever customer come in I have the habit of talking and not listening properly.I feel I need to change the habit of talking nervously to listen and answer their question calmly,do you think this change will be good or bad for my career as a salesperson? I have always thought salespeople need to do more talking then listening as to convince the customer to buy and not wait to talk
Hey Vic can you please tell me how to detect and stay away from bad sales advice? I am a constant learner so I learn some bad advice and I wanna unlearn them. Thanks in advance.
You can use it, for example, in meetings with your own team. Instead of talking, challenge yourself to 'ask' more than you 'talk'. Let me know how it works for you Jai. VA

Quieting the brain is such a difficult task. However, I know it’s essential to dominating the sales game.
We all wrestle with that; know that you're not alone :-) VA
Very simple, connect to melt their hearts and get them to buy. They know we truly care and trust us.
