A row is a pulling movement. To row he’d have had to lean forward and move the weight towards his hips or belly with the activation of lats, traps and rear delts. However, he’s standing straight and moving the weight towards his chin. Even if there’s no much elbow flexion because it’s inevitably very limited with that grip, you can’t say that he’s rowing.

@@georgepoly4842 I would even say it's physically impossible for a human to do strict, clean reps on reverse curls with this kind of weight. At least for now. Only a few can do this weight on normal curls with strict form.

200 kgs is 440 lbs, 660 lbs would be almost 300kg and I'm guessing he can prolly lift that, 200kgs pr wouldn't really be much at all for a top elite.

I wouldn't call it a curl, but more like 1/4 of a clean. Because let's be honest, we've all seen much smaller people do hang cleans with 140-150 kilos, which has more bicep flexion than whatever this is.
Not really a proper reverse curl, elbows need to stay near the side, but of course impressive to throw around that kind of weight.
Is there really a reverse curl event with a WR??

Bench press is the most inferior lift of all time... true strength is determined by overhead pressing and deadlifting. If you can overhead strict press your body weight for reps, you are stronger than 99.9% of the people in the world. If you pull over 250kg you are stronger than 99.9% of the people in the world. Nobody cares about bench press.

The difficulty of this is completing the rep with good form, not to toss the weight around.
The “good form” part is what makes this feat difficult
@@just_another_person_who_li4675 no? you think based of this he cant do 70-80kg with good form? form is just a factor that determines how impressive the given lift would be, and even with his form being this bad since the sheer amount of weight is so high this remains impressive. also I am pretty sure he is into armwrestling so this would make the form applicable
@@just_another_person_who_li4675 Imo, the point is, he already did good form with less weight as a warm up for this weight. Now, he's just breaking his limits. This is where he won't have a great form, but his strength, bones, ligaments, tendons, etc. will get used to this weight and in the future, he can do good form with this weight as well. This is the same with 1 rep maxes. You don't get much of a muscle failure, cuz you only do 1 rep, but the strength growth is better. That's why a lot of ego lifters are still way stronger than the strict good form police people. So in the end, of course he's going to cheat the reps, cuz he's not used to this weight yet, but this is great for future reps. It's also risky, if people are carelessly throwing the weights around, he's controlling the weight, he just can't do the full ROM, that's all. There is a difference in tossing it and controlling it, he's not tossing it btw.
@@just_another_person_who_li4675 btw, I did 4 reps just like him with 95 kg, but I could do 8+ good reps with 80 kg, so it's really not that bad, if you control the weight on the way up and on the way down.

@@thatonedude252 I've been doing this exercise for 3 years now. I started at 22kg for about 10 reps. Now I can do 56kg for 15 reps and 65kg for 3 reps with no breakdown in form. However, I've had very little progress in the last 4 months. There must be a point where proper form is impossible for anyone, but I think it's more than you said going on my experience. Probably about 100kg mark if it's thumbs over bar.
Do that with that weight if it's so easy
