I think sharing your story is so helpful to you and many others who also live with depression and anxiety. I also think it’s important to continue doing these things like building your channel and self care with your nails etc. Just be you, that’s why we love you. Through the good and the bad. I’m always here if you need a friend to talk to. I appreciate your nail art and channel but also you as a person. Keep going girl, you’re doing so amazing! Happy anniversary to you and your hubby. I love the long videos and I haven’t done gel-x in a minute and need a prep so this is a good reminder. Sending you all the good vibes and love! ❤
It wasn’t your intention but I got a little emotional when I read this. There are no words to express my gratitude to you, thank you so much for being here ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The biggest of hugs. I’m struggling a lot too with my depression and anxiety on top of the tremors, but I hate that both of us are suffering plus countless others. Sending love and positivity to you.
Hey love thank you for being so kind. You have been on my mind, praying that you get the appropriate treatment, miss you. Sending you hugs and healing prayers ❤🧸❤️
Hi "Kania" I definitely understand anxiety and depression I deal with them both as well as insomnia and a host of other things but I love the long videos I would rather watch a long video than a short one awesome prep and application and a big🎉 Happy Anniversary 🎉 to you and your husband thanks for sharing and showing luv much love always 💅🏾💕💕💕
Thank you gorgeous for your kind words. Yes, insomnia, fibromyalgia, arthritis and apnea that I can’t properly treat because the mask of the machine causes my anxiety to spike and panic. But I’m grateful for every day that I get to open my eyes. Thank you for your kindness and support ❤
I love that your workplace is so kind about your anxiety and lets you step away. But be careful. Because if it comes down to it they will turn on you in a second if anyone else starts to complain. If your workplace gives any supports or resources for anxiety or depression or therapy I would look into it. And not to cause anxiety but your supervisor may be kind now, but if it ever becomes an issue, your workplace won’t care and will throw you under the bus in a second. Ask me how I know. Just saying, cover your butt in any way possible. Sending you so much love! 💕
Thank you!! Absolutely, I try to make sure to take my medication on days that we have meetings, which luckily is once a month. For the most part, I stay in my office. I know that I’m dispensable so I keep to myself for the most part working in peace.
This! I used lots of drills in my dental career and I see this lots with nails. But you should use forward with dominant hand and reverse with your non dominant. And good plan to move your hand and not the drill with your non dominant! Only other thing I notice is you’re going back and forth a lot which is ok with removal of tips etc but when it gets down to your natural nail it can be dangerous. That back and forth movement can cause the drill to jerk and dig into your nail. Not such a big deal with tips or acrylic but once you get down to the natural nail you should only swipe the drill in the direction it’s going if that makes sense. Probably not a problem since you seem to be going slow and careful but just a warning once you speed up you can really nick yourself with that back and forth motion. But yeah you would use the reverse for your non dominant hand and if you can’t change direction like that you should look into one. Just want you (and everyone) to be safe because these tools are no joke! Lots of love. ❤
@@kellidusselier7817Thank you Kelli ❤ I appreciate this information. The drill does have the reverse option and now that you mention it, I think I forgot to switch directions in this video. The dominant/non dominant hand information is great.
Definitely can hear you over the dust collector Luv.

Does the drill have the forward and reverse function that should help when you’re using your hand to do your left hand

It does, it mostly my hand placement and my non dominant hand doesn’t have a strong steady grip like my dominant hand does.
