I have never made my own Mojo sauce,I just pop down and buy some! But now I got the key to the highway! Good soundtrack, Cheers!

I am sure you can get some sour orange juice down there. That's what's normally used. The lemon lime and orange also make for a good marinade....or injection. Thanks for watching.

+babitha01 Wow a comment on one of my first videos lol....I forgot I even did this one :-) Everything where the measurements were not exact in the video were probably teaspoons? Maybe a couple tablespoons of vinegar? I know I have it written down somewhere but finding it would be a challenge LOL

mojo de ajo is pretty mexican. I feel that I can answer this to good effect. one more or one less clove of garlic will not change it much. One more or one less splash of vinegar is the same. naturally, bitter orange is better here if you can get it. But, what I am trying to say is this: go with your heart, and taste what you are making. follow your tongue, taste what you are making and adjust accordingly. I often disagree with recipes. But its not just that. there is just not that much difference between putting one teaspoon of marjoram in your tomato sauce or two. if you put a tablespoon of chilli powder or 1 and 1/2, in your chilli you probably aren't going to notice much difference. Making bread on the other hand, there is a pretty specific amount of salt that should be added by weight, not volume

Thanks for watching! This works awesome on white meat. I really like it as a pork injection or a chicken marinade.
