Silly drills? It’s funny because I thought it was a complete body warm up to avoid being hurt in general 😂 But I’m sure real fighters don’t need that, they just put on their shorts and bring it on no time loosing…😏

You do not need mats. Systema trains on all surfaces.
I train in the grass and floor cement
On dirt and grass you should be fine. Always adapt your strength when training so that you avoid hurting yourself when falling. ^^
