I’m so grateful that I don’t do bigger events and that there’s little to no snake eye players in my local area. If I had to face snake eye fiendsmith for multiple months I’d probably go insane

You can get to the exact same end board of the first combo without necroquip princess or ptolemy. you essentially start the same, get three level 1's on field. ash pop into moon, leave oak live. place pop in s/t. switch with SE diab. oak pop for flam. now you have flam diab and moon on field. moon for req and engraver. engraver and diab for sequence. sequence make desirae. flam and sequence into promethean. flam/promethean effect. rest is obv. still a wonderful video i just think you absolutely dont need those!!
You doing need them for that combo (he even mentioned you don't need them in all combos), but you do need them for the 3rd combo

I like necroquip princess since it allows Llurie and Tract to be full combo too so I think playing it worth it.

It's a good thing 1 copy of fiendsmith can get you to princess+ash without your normal summon. Said Noone ever 😂
I typically play whatever best deck is. But i'm so burnt out on Snake-Eyes. I'm gonna turn my brain off and play Tenpai till a banlist lol. Great video though, Boss!

You’re the second person I hear say you can activate the trap the turn it’s set off of blue tears. That is true but only when set from the hand. So it’s not quite as easy to set up

Send it with Beatrice, then lacrima will burn your opponent, allowing you to set the trap you need before you finish your combo. 👌

you cant activate the trap you set with angel of the blue tears on the same turn, unless you have setted it from your hand.

Probably similar to many others, I cant afford the Fiendsmith engine (barely was able to afford my 2 Phantoms as is) so I need to ask if the Yubel deck without it can still be tiered/meta or will it be relegated to rouge?
@@zakomama6430 it’s still able to do the core of what this deck does. You lose extenders and consistency, but you can still win without them. The fiendsmiths do make the deck a lot stronger tho☕️

With Fiendsmith almost out, it's gonna be yet another BIG NO from me for this format! Probably even after the late August Banlist because it looks very boring and stale....I'll FTK-ing Snake Eyes with Gimmick Puppet a few times but people will figure out that Puppets aren't actually that bad and will stop crying about them once they realize it's nothing special...But at least I'll enjoy FTK-ing with a cheap 60€ deck vs 1000€ Fiendsmith Snake Eyes 😂
That fire lock negate, are we sure that is how it works? I am sure the eggect resolved already and linger till the end of the turn like in the same way you can't negate droll after the effect is already resolved

Playing 1 spell seems wrong. If you draw it, how are you gonna discard the engraver to GY
@@CrystronHalq it’s personal preference but for me, by playing 2 you’re more likely to draw it (and I never really want to) and I kind of think of it like how in the past, when playing brilliant fusion, you only would play one garnet even though if you draw it, your brilliant fusion would be dead.

Floodgate labyrinth is still a viable tier two deck that you can do well with at a regional or locals but I would not recommend bringing it for a YCS you'll do pretty bad probably going into fiendsmith snake eye every single round.

@@Joker46895 No that's about right. It's 125 USD market price as of the presales on TCG player. That's 375 USD, or 511 CAD. So yeah, a playset is indeed over $500 Canadian. That's a whole Tenpai Dragon Decks with the good cards.

Yugioh is not dead , your issue is with power creep, and if you think snake eye was a mistake don’t worry it won’t be a problem in the near future , it’s the case for every meta deck that’s ever been
