I soak liver in milk, hot sauce, and fresh ground pepper overnight. Love getting a high dose of iron once in a while.

I like to marinate my liver in a mix of teriyaki sauce, garlic cloves, and strawberries. Changed my life.
I will give this a try, but i will eat liver even with just a little bit of salt and pepper its fine full of good nutrients

My ex-mother-in-law can. I thought I was eating steak. I was pregnant, she knew I wouldn’t eat it, she was determined to get all those vitamins and minerals in me and the baby, and didn’t tell me what it was til I had devoured it. 😂

No Jack, I'm not eating liver. I think it's grouse. The thought of eating a cow's liver or any other organ from any animal is not my cup of tea.
I’ve never had liver, it’s just never made sense to me, why would you eat an organ whose purpose is to filter toxins from the body. From what I’ve heard, it tastes like metal
If I was going to eat an organ, I would eat a beef heart, apparently that tastes like a lean steak

You should definitely try liver cooked by Chinese style, I'm not an organ enjoyer either, but those cooked by professional Chinese chef is too good to reject.
