You don't have to be an adult to learn how to cook. Just start with simple things and work your way up. Maybe ask someone to help you learn some new things. It's definitely worth it to learn when you're younger 😊

You can also use the peels to make oleo saccharum! It’s a great flavoring for soda water, cocktails, lemonade (or pomelo-ade?), or even tea. :) You just mix the peels with enough sugar to coat, massage them a bit, and then let it hang out in the fridge. The sugar extracts all of the flavorful citrus oils in the peel!
Old fans or fans that have watched the older videos know that ms shi used the membrane to make a rose but mr he ate it so ms shi made a “stinky bento” for revenge and Ms shi also made salt with the skin as well. i have this recipe that you might interested with white part of pomelo: recipe include white part of pomelo, mung beans, tapioca powder, pineapple leaves, sugar, salt and water adding mung bean to a bowl of water and let it sit for a while before steamed it until softened wash and squeeze the white part of pomelo in water mixed with salt to remove the bitterness then boil it for around 3-5 minutes before putting it into the cold water, let it sit for around 3 minutes then you strain it and put it into the bowl, add a bit of water and sugar and mix it well for it to absorb the sugar then let it sit for another 2-3 hours after 2-3 hours, put the mixture into the hot pan and stir it for 20 minutes on low heat then add tapioca powder in and stir until the tapioca powder covered the entire white part of pomelo, making it somewhat clear then bring up another pot, add water in and boil water and put the mixture inside of the pan into it and boil until clear, like you can’t see white stuff anymore before straining and put it into the ice water for it to cool off and crunchy when eaten preperation is done now boil 2 litter or water then adding pineapple leaves, take pineapple leaves out after 3 minutes before adding sugar then mix 20gr of tapioca powder with water before adding into the boiling water, stir it well, you can add green food coloring if you like finally, put mung beans from before into the pot along with white part of pomelo, boil for another 2 minutes thrn turn off the stove, let it cool and done it’s best to eat during summer days, you can add sweet coconut milk or condensed milk and ice then mix it before eating my english kinda bad and i don’t use anything to measure, pure Asian measuring so yeah, i only know tapioca powder will be as tough as corn starch so you only need to mix 1/100 of it with water
Y'all have to try pomelo with sugar, salt, red chilli powder and yoghurt mixed in. You can add turmeric and pour hot mustard oil over it. It turns out so good.
Pomelo is so yummy (I def reccomend trying it as well as this recipe 👍) I dont like grape fruits but to me this tastes nothing like one, it’s much sweeter and less sour
citrus peels have oils in them that kill germs and break up oil and fat based spills. My grandma taught me to mix peels with vinegar, water and soap to make a cleaner.
