Precast buildings are only good for areas with little rain due to sealant problems...the hot n cold temperature variation would eventually break the seal...wetted perimeters are difficult to seal permanently...the advantage in construction would be overridden with maintenance costs😅😅😅

I don't mean as in cost of production and construction, but things such as safety, longevity, etc. You tend to find that when trying to do such things, there are costs in other areas that cause problems. Thinner walls would mean more noise being heard, which, if course, would lead to neighbours complaining more!
