In the 1980s as a child I believed strongly, that I will see colonies on mars at least in 2030. But what I am going to see now? Tent-Villages in US cities, people in europe can't afford their monthly rent or payment or just to heat their homes. So, in the first example, when is cement added to those bricks before or after they are laid?
It's one thing to say a machine can do such and such faster than a brick layer, but if it's not doing the entire job, then it's not really an honest company.
As for the other fast built buildings, at what cost?
I don't mean as in cost of production and construction, but things such as safety, longevity, etc.
You tend to find that when trying to do such things, there are costs in other areas that cause problems.
Thinner walls would mean more noise being heard, which, if course, would lead to neighbours complaining more!

Nobody is shocked, but it does mean we want to partner with them and continue building. I'm not buying the propaganda on China. The future will need builders, engineers and machines. China is excellent at accomplishing goals. They have not been very aggressive. I think in spite of all the BS we might wind up partners in building bigger and better technology together. I'd like to see a bullet train from China to Russia to Europe and the Middle East. Something that travels on rails built in the sky at 500mph powered by mini nuclear reactors. You'll be in Beijing from LAX in 13 hours. We don't have this technology yet, but if the Chinese, Russians, Europeans and Americans do this, more humans will move around creating a nice economy for the future. NYC to LAX in 5.7 hours, but a train that anyone will ride. More people that are wealthy will travel this way. Many do not fly. No homeless will be traveling on these tracks.
That is a big multistory building with that prefab technique. I've done structure prefabricated like this one, but never this tall. The engineers do the math, so it worked in planning, and they built it. I think we need our Russian friends back too. All the talk about is about to end and we're going back to work building. Selective demo, not bombs and aggression. China, America, Europe and Russia is going to bring it in for a group hug and forget about the fruitless destruction of war. And we're going to build a great future.
I'll drill the mini caisson piles in a concentric pattern for good seismic movement for the structure. New safety features. I have a great Chinese man in my family. I had best buddies who Russian and Ukrainian.
The Russians and Ukrainians crack me up and are funny people. That counts, and Chinese people can be very enlightened. The man I know is a great doctor. We're not bombing my friend's family in China. I have fraternity brother in China. He's married there. We must start saying we like them. The Russians and many other populations are going through chaotic situations everywhere.
Some of this is an element of low level paranoia. Chairman Xi doesn't ever seem out of control. He always work with us. Maybe they can get the Russians to stop in Ukraine and we can all work on high speed rails together. I will go to China to build these structures. I will go to Russia and Ukraine to build. Building is becoming very exciting to me and making me drop all my dispositions toward China. They've done quite well. I have to congratulate the Chinese. Of course the Russian engineering too. How much space work did we do together? Enormous work together. We're not fighting in our future, we're going to build together and the economies will expand.
I'm not disliking any one that can build and engineer like this. It is illogical to be against China and Russia. North Korea bothers me, but maybe the right deal and that war finally dissolves. That Bullet train can go from the southern tip of Africa to Egypt and be the demilitarized zone for Israel and Palestine. ❤

When here in Romania was planning a highway suspended bridge of 4 kilometers at 60 meters high over the Danube. Shortly the chinese dare to came with an offer to build it cheaper, just 4 months after 2 suspended highways on dry land collapsed in China. Of course the romanian government denied the offer, pointing exactly at those incidents, more of that, having being built by the same company that presented the offer, haha

China is famous for buildings that fall down. And bridges. And they have millions employed in building homes they don't need so what exactly is the point in automating building?

I worked and lived in China as an architect. Seeing first hand how they cut corners and build I would never live there again. Yes they are fast at erecting buildings. But they are incredibly unsafe. It's just a matter of time before a major catastrophe

Like the US, most countries have Unions that fight against quick construction. China doesn't have workers rights. They have Gov. propaganda rights.

Impressive as this is, I would use human hands to help, and then use some of the technology for assisting in the building of these structures.
