With new technology, I always look for things they don't mention. Unless l missed it t😊here was no mention of fire rating. The big problem of steel framed is the structure deforming during during fire. An example is the twin towers that were steel framed with a fire rated cover. I believe it only had a 1 1/2 hour fire rating . That's where reinforced concrete stands up better unless someone can prove me wrong.

How about insulation and soundproofing?
The stainless steel panels 10:32 consisting of two plates are welded with copper brazing to flanged stainless steel tubes. The space between the tubes are filled with rock wool insulation. Look up BROAD Holon Building for more.

There may be some stupidity in rushing to build high rise building in very short time. Some materials required time to stabilise. Remember- haste can create waste! You can have noodles make into instant noodles for food. But instant built building is definitely instant risk!
I am sure that these engineers are not stupid not to have taken this into consideration. They would have considered the pros and cons before implementation. That's the nature of innovation! Their reputation is at stake, you know!
@@adamiskandar5107 There is a saying - cut your cloth according to your clothe. Why rush when there is averaging time for construction. Collision happens when people rush. Same goes with engineering. Chances of error are more and human can make mistake when rushing to complete a task. Hope there is no shoddy work in the rushing.

the earthquake in turkey couldn't even make a crack on the concrete buildings of hydro power plant built by china. while over 50,000 buildings in turkey crumbled and fell down.

@@adamiskandar5107dunno, i just know that many chinese online said that their citizens living in turkey, and chinese rescuers noticed that Chinese built infrastructures was not affected and earthquake levels was built into the plan, because important structures like dams, hydro power are important during emergency. Which makes sense, the last thing you want to break down is your electricity, which powers all telecommunications, heating and air conditioning, etc.
Stainless steel is not 100x stronger than reinforced concrete. Construction workers are not 20x more efficient when working inside a factory. Fully equipped ? With what ? Insulation is not "high-strength". So much complete nonsense in this video ! Why ? The product is amazing

The mistakes which you pointed out are also plain statements not supported by 'independent evaluation'. They may have just listed the pros but not the cons but on the whole, for such a short video, the info was very interesting as the general public has little access to such info.

And all the best information about the company and public is easily available on the internet to the public. On the company's webpage alone is soo much great information. I even downloaded a bunch, what I just do when it is meaningful content...
