Have you ever tried using homemade corn bread in your stuffing? I find it hard to believe that brioche could top that, even though its nice and buttery, everything else is buttery already
You could have also thickened up some cranberry sauce even more, freeze it, and plop that in the center for a nice sweet and sour pop in the middle.
The filming in this looks super dope, I don't know what you're doing different but it's working. Oh, the food also looks top tier, I was way off on my scotch egg guess...

I dont like stuffing but these are super interesting. One of my favorite foods is chicken roquettes from my og neighborhood diner, The Trivet Diner (in Emmaus PA in case anyone wants to go/is in the area). Never had them before until a year ago. If these are half as good at home than you'll fuckin have nailed it. Rock on bro.

Yup. I made the gravy from the braise which was a little darker than your standard drippings, plus I used a dark roux
