1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup Honey
3/4 cup Apple Cider
1/2 Cup dark Rum
8 Cloves
3/4 cup orange juice

@@caribbeanpot Is that hot smoked or cold smoked? Hot smoking cooks the ham and it is ready to eat, cold smoking preserves it but it is still "raw" and needs to be cooked. The reason I am asking is because I have attempted to glaze a ham once, it was also double smoked but it was cooked, ready to eat. When I put it in the oven and glazed it, the ham had become very dry inside and I put it down to the fact that it had already been cooked before and reheating it in he oven killed it. Anyway, I'll use a raw ham next time and see if it comes out any better.
