We all hear that archetype of being 'a strong, independent woman who don't need no man,' but who cares if a woman has a man? Do you call Beyonce weak because she has Jay Z? No, so why would you be disappointed in Ailee just because she got back with her boyfriend at the end? I think Ailee's smile at the end is very telling too. It's not one of those 'oh I'm so glad we're back together please don't ever leave me again!' smiles (not that there's anything wrong with that), but a 'I'm happy, but know that things are gonna be different this time' kind of smiles.
