Yes so we actually do them different. We do soak them Really quick and put on a pan to get them toasted. And we slather refríes beans on one side. I felt like that’s what this was missing I was so surprised lol not bad surprised! we do the beans and them avocado some put tomatoes, and then the chorizo and papa and lettuce and cheese and salsa Thank you 🙏
I made this for breakfast this morning and the amount of sauce is great as it made plenty this is no joke delicious and tonight I’ll make it for the hubby . Thank you for the recipe it’s a definite keeper

How delicious! Here in Michoacan, we use mole instead of the chile guajillo and we add desebrada or picadillo and also we add beans, carrots, and potatoes in small pieces.

Pambazos are definitely a must eat when I visit my home town. Traditionally the ones we eat are with shredded chicken but my husband is from Michoacán and they like to eat them with ham, carrots, and potatoe. They are DELICIOUS!!!

I would do this with navajo fry bread and vegan ingredients and serve it with blue corn elotes. Maybe add nopales to my salsa verde mix
