That looks really good. I think I need to get better quality chorizo come out mine always comes out like a really thin paste and just cooked into mush. Lol. I love the color. It makes me want to see if I can make read scrambled eggs with the guajillo sauce.
@@VillaCocina no, unfortunately I’m in the middle of nowhere but they’re starting to carry a lot of stuff on amazon and walmart.com. Some of the bigger Walmarts will have the dehydrated peppers and a grill some peppers to, jalapeño and Serano an oven euro are really easy to grow. Tennessee is much better but when I move to Illinois it was hard to even find avocados and if you ask for something like tomatillos they looked at you like you were crazy. Lol
I don’t know where your from, but love you recipes and videos. What is a good chorizo brand? The chorizo I’ve had before is so greasy in some of the restaurants and didn’t sit well with me. Im from rural Kansas so anywhere to for me to get chorizo is probably going to involve some travel, it I would like to try a good brand at home.

Yes, I would just experiment with a different brand. Is there a local Mexican store close to you?
