      There is always room for chest day, even on the Bartman. Upper chest work, width and then maybe work on the upper/lower split. That, however, is mainly for aesthetics.

      The Society of Snyder he's never took them actually 😂😂 he said when he was younger at a nightclub him and his buddy were in the toilet and talked about steroids and if they should do them but then bart said na. Also till this day he always says its not worth it

    People do not honestly need to bulk that dirty. I read a previous comment that said bulking is just an excuse to eat tons of food and I completely agree. I've been eating ~200 above my maintenance calories and my lifts are slowly going up. People are impatient and think that eating more will speed up the process, which it might do, but in my opinion your best option is to lean bulk. If your lifts continue to go up, there is absolutely no need to increase calories. Be patient with the process guys.

      Very true, the only people who should be eating a ton of food like that are young lifters new to the gym. After that initial bulk and strength gain there's really no need to bulk that hard unless you just wanna get really fat. However if your numbers are all you care about then sure, bulk away.

      its not that hard i gained 27lbs in 2 months, best way i gained it is by eating peanuts at night and just eating 4/6 meals a day. i could have gained a lot but i did not always eat much due school or weekends. but i was really happy

      best way to gain weight is skip breakfast. starve urself for a few hours after waking. then pile in food, in moderation. 7 to 8 very small meals about 30 mins in between. and eat a banana before bed. boom. u can easily gain 30 lbs in two three months

    Im so glad I found your guys' channel. After high school I gained about 40 pounds in 3 months. I was fat and weak because I stopped working out. But i've been training really hard, taking in all the advice, and lost 30 pounds in 4 months. I look no where as lean as I was, still have a lot of body fat. I'm not sure how much more weight I need to lose but I hope to get the body I want in 6 or so months. Watching you guys go through a cut really inspires me, thanks for posting this vid bro.

    Reason why I started lifting was because I saw Bart's physic on an episode of jknews. I remember getting motivated to workout. I was way overweight, I reached 250lb on the scale. I now stand at 205 and all because I saw this guy on a UA-cam video. Love the show Omar. Very entertaining and fun. Keep up the good work.

    keeping it as close to a clean bulk as i can, stopped counting macros since i eat the same everyday but i know for sure im going over. body seems to know what to do with the extra though, finally found a good routein for now. thanks for the vids and advice bro!

    I'm honestly thinking that this full on insane bulk mode is the best way to go. It seems as the guys who do it get crazy strong and even though they look a little worse it doesn't matter if they aren't shirtless daily. And then when they do cut the guys who get really big always seem just thicker than others from there on out

    Im exactly like Mike at the moment. First time in my life dirty bulking. Regretting it really bad, 22 pounds in 6 weeks. will have to start cutting in 2 weeks. going to lean bulk all the way next time!

    I've been training for 2.5 years, made great hypertrophy and strength gains, but my only mistake was lifting heavy for a lot of volume and frequently with no deloads. Now i'm out of commision because of tendenosis and no access to a decent sports med/Physical Therapist :(

      caloric defecit and high intesnsity interval training is good. It's mostly the commitment that helps you burn it.

      noor fatima You can try sprints for 15 secs or for about 100 meters at a high intensity, 30 sec break or walk back as your recovery time.
      If it's too easy of course increase the numbers, more so the distance of meters. A high heart rate increases your burning. But don't forget the diet.

    Holy shit, gaining that much weight. My first bulk which was recent I only gained 14-16 lbs in 2 months and even at the end I still had some abs, but felt that the fat's starting to make my obliques look non-aesthetic and ugly. Cutting now and I'm starting to look leaner by the day - strength losses are minimal so far.

    PLEASE HELP!! when your cutting and you do a refeed day, do you adjust you normal deficit calories lower to keep your weekly calories in a deficit or do you act like that refeed day never happened?

    Damn guys I need a help. When I was cutting my diet was spot on, no cheats etc. But when I start Do go back in caloric surplus, Im ending up eating a lot of sweet things, ice creams etc...not junk food but sweets. So I gain a lot of weight. So how do I stop these sugar cravings? Does anyone have any advice? Surprisingly on caloric deficit I dont have cravings and I dont get it
