Yeah, I've still gotta work on this. Ghost may help massively in these situations where there are a lot of skillshots you need to dodge, and Exhaust isn't good. (Cleanse, Kayn Ult etc.)
Meanwhile I'm still here honing my reaction speed because no matter how much I keep Kayn W in my head, I can see him use it directly in front of me, and still not have the reaction speed to Flash or Ult it. Haha.
A lot of "reaction speed" honestly just comes from expecting the ability (whatever it may be) and basically dodging it preemptively. If you get good enough at guessing when the enemy is most likely to use their skillshots (like kayn w), you can even do things like hover right on the edge of the ability's range to bait it out and outplay it that way. Also as ADC specifically, in a lot of instances its just the most optimal play to sit back and do literally nothing in teamfights until the enemy blows their big cooldowns on your front line. But yeah my reaction time is absolutely horrible and always has been. Its just something that you will naturally get better at with more games
Maybe try to predict where he's gonna put the W instead of trying to react to it that might help

One of the best adc players i know not having his ward ping bound is just in line with every adc (im guilty of this myself).
As adc you are sometimes just too focused on mechanics and csing well to keep track of map and vision aswell atleast in my case

he definitely could play better, but he before this sixth death he was 1/5 and morda was only 2/3/3, so he gets assists form Kayn ganks at least 2 times.

The people saying even challengers miss hooks. Sure they do, but you expect a challenger to land it, if you expect your silver supp to land it, you're gonna have a hard time
Have you tried pta on Kai'sa? Beagle, a fantastic Kai'sa player was recommending it a while ago and personally I'm a big fan of doing it when tempo isn't strictly necessary. People really underestimate just how much damage a plasma proc does when they have the pta amp on them I get so many kills that way.

pro tip you use mana to cast abilities and when you have no mana you cannot cast abilities which require mana. because of this, you should have waited until your mana bar was full because it would have only taken 1 second
