Great Video... Im going with burris as well. The XTR III. Putting her ontop of my Barrett MRAD in 338 Magnum. Hoping to go out to a mile as well. We shall see....
How are doing using strelok? I found it to be great under 500y, after that it seemed to be wrong alot.
I use the ballistic app that came with my kestrel.
when your shooting long range you don't want a busy reticle chd is all that's needed
Cool shot, I like the scope. Where I'm from if the Division of Wildlife caught us shooting across water, we would be in some big trouble.
Where are you from? I understand some environmental issues, but shooting lead into a private lake, river, etc isn't going to do anything. Sure if an open range for the public was shooting 1,000s of rounds per day into running water that ended up as drinking water somewhere down the line. A dude at his house splatter a small amount of lead and copper, into the same ground it came out of, isn't hurting anything lol.
