Yes, thank you! I've asked for "baby Bee Gee", Andy many times, hoping he'll get to him. I've noticed other UA-cam channels getting introduced to Andy's music recently. The older brothers helped with song writing & producing several of Andy's biggest hits such as - I just want to be your everything, Shadow Dancing, Thicker than water, Don't throw it all away, & An everlasting love. Andy was talented himself & also very popular back in the day as a solo artist.
Yes, very talented. Barry was usually only involved with the hits, but Andy pretty much wrote the balance of his albums himself. I LOVE his song STARLIGHT, which in some ways seems to be more true to the real him. Great live performance available.

Mr. Video u r so correct. The Bees Gees were built different. I truly believe like u they were supposed to be black but God decided let me have some fun and make them white and make them the biggest group on the planet. Love love love them from a child of the 70s.
This song was originally "Drive Talkin" -- their producer suggested the change to jive which was common lingo in the day for telling lies. The song is about a guy in a relationship with a woman telling him lies/treating him cruelly. This was their comeback hit after being off the charts for 4-5 years.
@@Cosmo-Kramer I know that the song's rhythm originated with the sound that the group heard when they would cross a certain bridge on their way to a recording studio in Miami. Not sure, but assume that "Drive Talking" was just a placeholder title reflecting the song's origins.
On the Bee Gees documentary the guys said he was singing "Jive talking, you dance with your eyes." They were thinking of Jive as the dance that was done to jazz and early rock and roll. The producer told them that Jive talking in America meant bu*llsh*ting someone, so they changed it to, you telling me lies.
“Speak to me regular, I’m the BeeGee” hahahaha!!!! Mr. Video you really do crack me up!! You are onto something though. The Bee Gees are built differently. They do have a soulful vibe in their sound.
Mr. V, have you ever done a reaction to the Bee Gees "To Love Somebody"? They wrote the song for the great brother Otis Redding. Sadly he died in a plane crash so they recorded it themselves. BTW, you haven't reacted to Otis himself, one of the great ones (like you, lol)
Leo for your next movie why don't you watch Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta because the whole soundtrack is done by the Bee Gees so it's like 2 4 1 deal or watch a film called Flash Gordon because the whole soundtrack was done by Queen again you get the best of both
