The economical aid from EU is several times larger than of lets say US of A. An often forgotten fact in the current debate.
Economic help from individual countries in Europe are in the same magnitude.
The tanks are nearly all provided by European countries, a small list of countries have given more than one hundred - though many was old Soviet ones.
Of other non European countries Marocco stand out with 30 donated tanks.
USA 31 tanks.
The jet fighters are all from Europe, with Norway, Denmark, Holland the main givers - now adding Greece so the number might be 91 in total.
US of A = zero.
Helicopters
UK is the main giver here.
US of A = zero.
Air defence systems, Germany if the main giver with both Patriot and Iris systems, also Gepard tanks.
US of A = One patriot system.
I am unable to call that 'inaction' except in the case of US of A who continue to sit on their hands.

@@franceyneireland1633 Yeah, I heard the vote is scheduled for Saturday in the House Last I checked there had been 137 amendments proposed. Last I counted MAGArie Traitor Green had submitted 24 including one about requiring Ukraine to follow her views on abortion as a prerequisite requirement. I have no idea that bunch of messes can be cleaned up. I'm cautiously optimistic that it will pass, but since it's different than the bill the Senate already passed it will have to go back to the Senate. And if they change it the bill would have to go back to the House and so on.
I am optimistic that something will be ready for Biden to sign soon, but this should have been done by last October. Something has shifted, I just hope it's enough to get something passed now. It's already too late for many Ukrainians.

I am a US veteran, so I typically like military information to come with a certain ring to it. Starsky provides an excellent perspective. Hopefully this new aid package gets through quickly, I hear it has made progress. Hopefully those F-16 become a more functional asset soon. Democratic governments can be tricky sometimes, but things will get done one way or another. I still wish they'd send triple of what they're promising. Slava Ukraini!

The Tu 22 was not a bomber it was a fast transport variant carrying a consignment of orphan kittens to a cat rescue in Volgograd. This was confirmed by Russia Today earlier.

They lost 2 AWACS, the factory that builds the main parts for the S300 and parts for their jets, 1 heavy guided missile cruiser, several frigates, more then a dozen jet fighters and now bomber,
Russia's losses at this point add up to what a small nation would call "an army", "a navy", and "an air force". Even Russia can't keep this up forever.
Scores of planes were lost every day during WW2. This is nothing to a war economy. I am all for patting ourselves on the back for minor victories, but this would not stop the war.

Covert Cabal’s latest videos have also highlighted that their storage yards for artillery and tanks are dropping at an astounding rate, way above what they can replace.
Russia still has a metric crap-ton of equipment, but that’s largely due to decades of Soviet buildup.

I read a report that the TU-22 wasn't shot down but using a recently installed vertical landing system.
Landing separately using a parachute was just for the matter of comfort for the pilot.
