    Story 1: Her ex husband is actually evil and it’s not shocking that he was fueled by envy. Envious people are insane because they would rather neglect their own lives just to take you down for experiencing some ounce of success (I’m not even joking it could be you choosing the smile rather than cry every second of the day). Glad she got out and justice is served.

    My money says the first one takes place in Turkey or Indonesia, predominantly muslim but Hijabs not being compulsory either legally or socially fits those two most closely.
    Edit: Christ on a Stick everyon mad at OP in S2 needs to touch grass! No, keeping a homophobe away from potentially gay children is not cancel culture, and no, someone does not deserve to be publicly shamed for not realizing that someone who was working hard to wear a mask was in fact wearing a mask

      It is cancel culture. His beliefs are not homophobic. Literally no one is irrational afraid of gay ppl. Ridiculous word 'homophobic' 🙄 He doesn't have to agree that gay is ok with him. Him not wanting to associate with gay people is his choice.

      It bl...dy isnt, and i think you are misunderstanding the meaning of the word homophobe, gay people have been attacked literally and physically for a long time by homophobes, there is no room for hate like that anywhere and the guy was a teacher who probably made gay kids feel scared, god you people make me angry!

    I'm a 40 year old gay man who grew up in rural Pennsylvania. My dad was raised that boys don't wear pink/purple, they play sports and do "manly" things and taught us the same. My mom was the one who raised us to not judge anyone, to be kind, and treat everyone with respect. I was terrified of my dad finding out i was gay as a teenager. I did some stupid stuff at 13, and that's how my parents found out their oldest son was gay. My dad was so supportive and did everything he could to make things easier for me. My mom, while never nasty, was upset and in denial until i was in my twenties. Always saying it was "just a phase". I can't judge someone for what they might do in a hypothetical situation. Because until you're faced with it, you don't know how you'll react.

      It’s primarily about religion and her sense of safety and holiness. Her body is sacred to her, described as a temple in many religious texts. The idea that he body/temple has been defiled and that essentially the whole world has been allowed in is what is causing her so much shame. She’s not ashamed of her body, she’s ashamed of what has been done to it without her knowledge or consent.

    Wow I'm glad the chick in the second story two got the hell away from that guy, the mans family clearly don't know what the hell canceling actually is because what they were doing is more in line with what that typically entails.
    She didn't post about him online airing out all their laundry along with his address where his job is and his phone number, they did that to her, they put her in an unsafe situation where she could potentially be physically harmed because of what they put out there. She never did anything of the sort to them.
    Also to all you people agreeing with the guy, she is completely within her rights to leave anybody for any reason just as he has a same rights. She doesn't want any of her future children to be neglected and she also was worried for the safety of any lgbt children going to the school he works at. She did what was the best interest for any children involved. That is not 'cancelling' that is protecting yourself and others from potential harm.
    That man and his father should to be ashamed of themselves, and that's not even mentioning the legal trouble that's going to be coming their way soon.

    Being honest about how much of a terrible person you are doesn't absolve you of being a terrible person, especially when you have no intention of improving your behavior in any way. The dude in the first story thought "being honest" about what he did was enough to get OP to forgive him even though what he did was objectively terrible even if it wasn't illegal, and the guy in the second story wanted brownie points for being willing to compromise, as if "I won't kill or kick out any of my gay kids, I'll just stop loving them and leave them for my wife to raise on her own" counts as a compromise and not an admission of a willingness to emotionally (if not physically) abuse a child

    Story 2: OP really needs to grow up smh.... She's a pushover and that's why she allowed others to think for her smh...her fiance said he doesn't want to feel uncomfortable as a celebration for him. She completely ignored the fact he pushed through his uncomfortable feelings for the wedding for her. He not homophobic because he doesnt want someone at a celebration for him.. so people are ok with race exclusion, weight exclusion, character exclusion, and even wealth exclusion but you better not exclude someone because of their sexual preferences ooooh noooo you'll get cancelled....smh.... OP's fiance dodged a major bullet. Then she tried to ruin the man's life for his opinion that he told her in private. Wtf

    • @tiffanyryan3173
      @tiffanyryan3173 2 місяці тому +4

      I feel like you’re being intentionally obtuse.. but in case you’re genuinely confused:
      She thought for herself, realized she didn’t want to have children with someone who is a bigot, and broke up with him. He escalated to Facebook. she took his post to the school, not a recording of their private conversation.
      I’d hope she would break up with any bigot, but he wasn’t talking about weight/race/wealth etc, he was being homophobic. So the topic of this was homophobia. Hope this helps clear that up.

    story number 2 op I hope you like being alone because that is your future no I don't agree with everything your ex said but for a few things he is right that today too many people are discriminated for their opinion like your ex he didn't say he wouldn't love child, but he doesn't like his child to be gay and would leave most of the interaction to you, that's why you left him, now you'll ask every partner if he supports gay nonsense (yes, nonsense gay people are protected like polar bears in the west, please help gay communities in the Middle East, there is real discrimination against gay people over there) (and when she gave birth to his child, when he received him for the first time and looked into his innocent eyes, he would only care that the child was happy and healthy, nothing more)
