How i wish Nigeria can be committed to both serving and retired men and women of ours armed forces. Some gave up a lot for genuine reasons while some for selfish reasons.
God bless the Nigerian armed force…..for not, one day in its history, defend the citizens of Nigerian, but rather oppress them. And I hope one day they will get rid of Boko Haram, and when they hear gunshots approaching they won’t disappear into thin air.
Nigeria army irritated me when my father was unlawfully dismissed no one cares, he died in the course of fighting for his right😭 this is a man who went to the civir war for the unity and peace of Nigeria he was unlawfully dismissed he died without pension and gratuities leaving behind children who were not of age. I grew up with hatred for Nigerian army because of what happened to my father.

That is exactly the feeling of most Igbos in today's Nigeria. Biafra shouldn't be a buzzword that ones mentioned people goes offensive, that experience is now part of our experience and history. Way forward is to avoid it's reoccurrence, heal it's past and reconciled for better future. So tomorrow children will also read and be told what went wrong and how it was solved.
