I'd love to watch Troels just talk about history behind various iconic 8Dio libraries like Hybrid Tools, Majestica, Lacrimosa, etc. I'm always fascinated with sound and music libraries production and how these things come to life.
Sound Paints take on sound and instruments is unique and way ahead of its time. There amazing, I’ve never got something from them and not loved it. Thank you sound paint fam, for everything you share with us.
Hey Troels. You’re a sorcerer of sounds. I’m always surprised by your atypical way to create amazing sounds. After adastra, this neW one is a must for music composers and sound designers. Well done. Greetings from Belgium. ❤
Thank you Maliki! I attribute some of it to very early childhood. I used to think the birds and waves were music too, so that somehow stuck with me. Everything can be music. Cheers T!
I remembered the first 8dio Hybrid tools many years ago which was and still is an amazing product. Seriously for the birds and waves 😄Well done ! and youre right for everything can be music, so true ! Cheers !@@Soundpaintmusic
You can deffo do hard bunker electro till the end of days. These sounds HAVE haunted clubs for years (Samples are coming from our Hybrid Tools 1 in 8Dio. One of the defacto classics for epic scoring.)
Saw a vid notification! I'm definitely going to take a look at this since I own more hybrid type instruments from the SP store. This sounds fat! I almost sang EWF.
This is a notably larger collection. Most of the current Soundpaint Instruments are speciality instruments, but Foundations is a big, versatile, Swiss army knife of compositional tools (aka musical sound designs). Cheers, T.
@@Soundpaintmusic It certainly sounds and feels that way. Funny incident earlier in the day was when I tried looking for it in the shop to checkout with it. LOL too excited. Is it a bigger file than Hybrid Emotions?
@@MattStevens9824 This one holds over 850 musical sound designs. It is different than Hybrid Emotions (to which there will be a very worthy successor btw). : ))
So Hybrid Foundation has Parts and each of these parts have multiple samples in them. If you find a sample you like - you can go into Soundmode > One Note Stretch and isolate that one sample to become fully playable (ex. 5:30) where I took a megahorn and made that fully chromatic. In regards to the rhythms - they are all running through the arp, so in that regard they will adapt to any tempo by using the Arp. We also have time-stretching if you want to sync any specific elements further.
How much of this is new material, or drawn from older 8dio libraries? Obviously it’s way better to use it in Soundpaint but it’s worth knowing. The morphing loops sound game changing. PS. I hope you devote some time to expand the arpeggiator at some point. Like add a pan setting to each note, and more creative stuff I’ve not seen before, like attaching effects to each note, or how about a little “glide connect” between two notes which adds glide to only two notes of the sequence, or pitching up and down octaves per individual note, a little “reverse” button that only reverses that note step in the sequence, time stretch only some notes in the sequence etc etc etc. Just try and give maximum control over every aspect of the arpeggiator
Finally got my computer back...time to get this library!! Wow

All of these sounds are incredible! Thank you so much to everyone at the Soundpaint and 8Dio Teams!!
Thx Crowbar!

Just getting to this. Been busy in ATMOS and re-record mixing.
Thank you so much. This is incredible. Buying it tomorrow.
Thx Jen - as always!
YASSS can’t wait!!
Great stuff. That arp module is so powerful here.
It really is. Can make rhythms out of all the +850 Sound Designs ...
this is amazing, so putting this one on my wish list! I love these walk throughs I always learn so much and am inspired.
Thank you Heather. Soundpaint is endless - I learn when I making the videos too! Cheers T!

Thank you, *Troels* !
Always!
Industrial EBM ready 😀
Yup!
Lovely video Troels
Yeah, I feel like doing harsh electro now. I'd like to hear these sounds in a club.

@@Soundpaintmusic Noted! That's going to be a lovely update. Purchased! Playing with it right now. 😄
J'aime çà !!!! Cela fera parti des banques Soundpaint de "GhostRecordsFrance" ⚡PUISSANT !
Is this newly recorded and designed material or from an existing 8dio library? Sounds wonderful, just curious.
Super flot gennemgang Troels, for $25 er det en no brainer :-)
Tak Jesper! Det er en "ingen hjerner" .... : )))
Incredible as usual!! :D
Thank you Pasc!
🤘Troels
The attack and offset stuff is impressive, if you find a rythmic tonal patch can you map it chromatically and keep it at a certain tempo?

@@Soundpaintmusic OK thanks
5:15 😂 👏🏻
How much will this one set me back? 😁
Some good stuff!
A couple of large pizzas ... but this will last for decades, instead of minutes ...
@@Soundpaintmusic mmm now I wanna eat pizza while playing with this library 😆

So maybe I missed the info as I skimmed through the vid: Is it the 8dio hybrid libraries imported, or new content?
This is 8Dio Hybrid Tools I ... reimagined!
Will the mod wheel transition between parts?
You explained further on in video.
What price?
$50
@@Soundpaintmusic thanks :)
