    Each housewife has her own recipe for stuffed cabbage and it is undoubtedly delicious! But why not try my recipe for stuffed cabbage with meat. In this recipe, I suggest not to boil the cabbage, but to cook it in the microwave. We will use the simplest sauce, but the filling will be special, not so complicated, but very tasty. In my opinion, stuffed cabbage rolls are even tastier with such a filling!

    INGREDIENTS:
    2 onions
    1 small head of cabbage
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    400-600 gr of any tomato sauce based on tomatoes
    Vegetable oil for frying
    400 gr homemade minced meat
    800 ml water
    150g parboiled rice
    Salt, black pepper to taste

    HOW TO COOK:
    Make incisions in the stump area, this is necessary so that the leaves are easily separated.
    Wrap the head of cabbage with foil, put on a plate and send to microwave for 10 minutes, at the highest power, repeat the procedure if necessary.
    While the cabbage is cooking, fry the onion (diced, you don't have to chop it), add tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of any tomato-based sauce, even lecho will do). Add parboiled rice, salt, pepper, some water and stir.
    Then add 300-400 ml of water and simmer for five minutes over medium heat, until half cooked. Then add the minced meat and mix well. You no longer need to extinguish.
    If the leaves are thick, then beat off the seals. Put the filling on a cabbage leaf (more is better) and wrap in a roll, put in a frying pan.
    Mix the remaining sauce with 300-400 ml of water, add a little salt and add to the pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. If necessary, add a little water so that the cabbage rolls do not burn.
