For the money this is a beautiful boat, wife has the pro version and it got us into the boats now we have Tfl boats and proboats everywhere. This boat is worth every penny, only problem was a hose falling off and filling the boat with water . Very stable and easy to drive, nice work mate.
i couldn't have said it better thanks peter! i haven't yet had the hose fall off but i might add some small zip to for some preventative maintenance!

I put a new stuffing tube and 3/16 flex with 4216 prop, 3660 1800kv hobbystar motor, 90amp seaking esc. Running 6s You definitely have to tape the hatch and stuff the front with flotation. Its fast!!

Interesting the rudder is offset from centre. Does turning one direction seem different from the other?
yeah i would say it does turn a little sharper to the right but i wouldn't say it was a huge difference

Hi Matt, just purchased one of theses boats after watching your awesome videos and wondering if you might be able to give me some advice as I’m having trouble binding/connecting the transmitter to bind to the receiver. Is there a light on receiver to indicate that is on as my doesn’t do anything when battery is plugged into it. I’m not getting any throttle or rudder response? I’ve retested my batteries just to make sure there fully charged and just in case one battery my be faulty I’ve tried both batteries. Can you give me any advice on how to get my boat running? Sorry for the novice question..
Hey Ryan! 👋
It has been a while since I have used my boat. So here are a few things I recommend trying.
1. With everything on, put it in water, some boats can sense water (not sure if this is one of those boats, so my apologies)
2. Check all the cables to make sure nothing is loose. I know it seems simple but sometimes that's all it takes.
3. If it is a binding issue, I would recommend taking it to the local hobby shop, they should be able to bind it quick and probably won't even charge you for it.
If this fails, contact me by email and I'll see if I can help with a solution, I may even have some spares if you need 😀
Also, I forgot to mention.
Turn in the transmitter first, then the boat, now (SAFELY) pull the trigger to full throttle for a second and back to neutral.

If you are a decent rc car driver, you'll be fine with the bigger one 😀

How long can the battery last?
That depends on the battery, I used a 7000mah and got about 40mins
@@MatthewSimm tnx for the reply. Because I got min with Li po of 5000 mah. Only last for 30 mins. So it is normal to last that long. I thought it could take for 1 hr.
30 minutes is correct for a 5000mah on 4s 😀
