Anxiety Diaries | Episode 1 | My first week on anti-anxiety medication (Lexapro)

Today the first episode of a new series: Anxiety Diaries. I will be sharing my struggles and wins when it comes to my anxiety. A bit scary also, sharing this with you all... But I think it will be helpful for myself documenting the process and maybe it will help someone else :). In this first episode I'm starting anti-anxiety medication (SSRI) and I'll be sharing my thoughts and feelings on my first week.
